Very nice restaurant, no nonsense service, great environment and last but not least nice fries. But some things are wrong. First of all the fries are put on a big metal plate, for 2 persons to share. Effect: fries will be cold in just a second. Second the menu could have more«snackbar» food. I am missing a good(more healthy) hamburger, chicken sate(instead of pork), «kroket» menu with vegetable salad and fries. They shouldn’t try to make this restaurant too«fancy» with french brasserie food. It is not fitting with the concept of «Frites from Zuyd». The concept of a fancy snackbar would be much more succesfull compared to french brasserie. But I am going to give it another try for sure!
