A French bucher in the middle of Amsterdam. Here you will find good sauage, rilletes, duck confit and all the french goodie. The guys who work there all really friendly and nice and can speak good english. I ordered lam chop and sauage with rosemary and gralic for BBQ The lamb chop is a perfect cut and really nice meat. The small sauage are tasty but not overwhelmed with herbs. Definitely I will cone back here!

My favorite butcher in Amsterdam! Whenever I want to get something special, I go there. But I also go there if I want to get meat for a week dinner: D I love their range of products. They seem to have it all, and the things they do not, you might be very much able to order. You can have goose or duck rillette, homemade boudin noir, boudin blanc with truffles, English breakfast sausages, other types of sausages which names I do not remember, multiple pâtés, mousse du canard… And I haven’t even started on the meat. I highly suggest you visit them. They even have pig legs, if you are fan of homemade aspic. The people who work there are super nice, some also have the famous French accent. They speak English and Dutch, so do not fear. You can pay cash or Dutch pin. Speaking of paying — the prices are very good. My only problem is that they are closed on Mondays and Sundays, and they are not open til late. Therefore, if you need something from there plan it well. Otherwise — #meatlessmonday is a trend now ;)
