We had the best seat in the house, Center Stage Orchestra. And as such treated to one amazing exhibition of perfect synchronization and team work. Fred Astaire, Ginger Rogers, Ballets Russes nor Siegfried and Roy of magician fame could top the duo in this kitchen.
The culmination of magic, skill, creativity, grace under fire and the expression of pure enjoyment of being a chef, is on display here. With a staff to match. Makes for one enjoyable dining experience. Serious chefs concocting serious cuisine with a flair for fun. Proving upscale cuisine doesn’t have to be uppity nor expensive. Relax, and just enjoy the food, service and the experience.
