I am very surprised why there isn’t a review on Pasta Vino yet. Is there a conspiracy going on here? Maybe it is simply because here is a small neighbourhood and the locals don’t need any online guides to know where their town’s favorite haunts are. I am putting up at some place pretty nearby so I could see that it is always busy, and lots of take out orders too for their pizzas. I have come here several times and finally decided to write something now that I have the time while traveling across country. 4 stars for good value when you compare it with North Holland prices in general. Just an order of a pizza or pasta with a wine is filling enough. Can also add a simple green salad of lettuce, sliced tomatoes and olives if you need some green. Fresh salad is not their specialty so not much to choose from. They offer bread and butter with a plate of green olives, and a complimentary plate of bruschettas if you come in a group. Book in advance even if you come in two. Wait staff can be moody as the place is always busy, so much so that sometimes a smile from them in one visit can be a delightful surprise.
