Hotel Hilton

For a Hilton, this place is gross. The building is old and my room smell ranges from moldy to raw sewage depending on who ate at the two lobby restaurants with the same menu. Internet peaked at 1.8mbs middle of night, but drops to kbs status during day. Even being on executive floor can’t save you. I can only imagine what a «normal» room looks and smells like. Seriously as I write this the smell is making me gag. Westin looks pretty nice outside my window. Next time I’ll go there. :(

Great rooms. Two restaurants to choose from. Fantastic bar with many tequila choices. The staff here is great. They are some of the friendliest and the most helpful I have met during my travels.
The seafood stew tacos will change your world, and for the better.

El trato al cliente es magnífico, así como lo demanda la categoría de el hotel, es muy cómodo, y la parte más importante es que tú como cliente te sientas a gusto y aquí puedes encontrar ese gran placer de descansar.
Hay que hacer una mención honorífica para el personal (meseros, botones, recepcionistas, hasta él bolero) que están a tu disposición en todo momento, y te hacen sentir especial.
Las habitaciones excelentes, con lujosidad y calidez, confortable espaciosa.
No cabe duda que es de los mejores hoteles de Guadalajara.

Came here for work and I travel frequently. The hotel is average in most areas at best. I did not use the gym, so no thoughts there. The food is decent. My problem is mainly that I had 2 different rooms where the ceiling lights did not work in different parts of the hotel room. Then comes the internet. Be prepared not to be able accomplish much of anything because the connection is very very slow. Slower than most 3^rd world countries. The building seems very old but is next to a very nice Westin Hotel that is much newer and seems nicer than this hotel. Next time I think I will stay there. Also very annoying are the bell boys who try and hijack your bag from you anytime you get out of an Über or Taxi. Not many other places to eat in the surrounding area either. $ 115 a night after taxes

The hotel was great, staff was great. I felt like they took extra good care of my family and my brother’s family. There were 12 of us there and we were treated great. The fitness room had updated equipment and the kids really enjoyed the pool even though it is very small.

I read the other review after 3 days here it’s hard to believe just because my experience was so good. Friendly employees, great location, excellent food and very comfortable beds. We had a great time here.

Shitty old hotel. Checked in and there were hairs all over the bathtub. Towels stained. Less than an airport hotel. Frustrated. Service in lobby bar sucks. There were 2 servers and they disappeared for 20 minutes. Almost walked out without paying. Could have, but didn’t.
