A Perfetto nicely combines Japanese and Italian cuisines to come up with a unique fusion of East meets West. The pepperoni pizza was thinly crusted(nice!) and had a lot of cheese, my only complaint would be that there wasn’t enough pepperoni and I’m used to my pizzas having a lot of meat not just cheese. Other than that, the portion was decent and I shared it with my boyfriend. We also gave the risotto a try and it was very creamy and yummy with the right amount of soft texture! Garnished with mushrooms and parsley, this dish really filled me up! This restaurant has a very relaxing and peaceful ambience and the staff are very helpful with our orders. Food came out a little slow though and we had to hassle them at least twice before they were finally served 30 mins later. Other than the slow food service and less-than-satisfactory pepperoni pizza everything else was good.

Worth trying fusion Italian Japanese restaurant in SS2. I love it when chefs of eateries i can’t afford come out and do their own thing. In this case, the chef for A’Perfetto used to work at the ultra upmarket Ploy @ Clearwater Damansara Heights. They are only half a year old and have already quickly amassed a following which now includes me! We ordered Chicken Teriyaki and Risotto and shared a smoothie. All 3 were equally tasty, the chicken teriyaki was such deceptively simple meal but it was our favourite by far. The Risotto was a bit on the bland side. We can’t wait to go back and be MORE adventurous and try their pizza, sushi and fusion rice. Prices are slightly above average but worth it. Interior wise, it’s cozy ambience and very comfortable — ideal for dinner parties. Location wise, it’s in between a rather odd area which are mostly chinese food. A’Perfetto is right next to Chow Yang Bak Kut Teh.

SS2 is commonly known of their abundance number of seafood and steamboat restaurants but there is a place that is against the odd. A’Perfetto is one of it’s kind here by serving Japanese-Italian cuisines. Not many modern fusion restaurants available here and that’s why A’Perfetto took the challenge. Though it is a combination of Japanese and Italian cuisines here, you can’t get a typical servings such as Pepperoni Pizza, Bolognese and some kind of Udon. Just like I said earlier, this is a place of fusion. Something modern and new. The tortilla based pizza is one of them. Perfectly suitable for those who are on diet. They come heaped with smoked duck breast, quail eggs, avocado paste and truffle oil. Te signature dish here would be the sushi roll selection. which featuring spicy crab meat, cucumber, unagi and avocado. As for the ambiance, it is so cozy and calm at best. Definitely worth the price that we are paying.
