A-​saloon is a great place for simple haircuts and washes. The senior stylist is easy to work with and she offers great advice for getting the look you want for your hair. She’s efficient and the washes come with a great head massage!
There’s no shortage of magazines to peruse, but you’re not to be waiting for too long. As I said– efficient! It’s a great, clean, no-​fuss place for haircuts on the go.

In terms of pricing, A Saloon definitely offers attractive packages for hair colouring and treatment as their prices are hard to beat. They use hair products from Shiseido and it’s not too difficult to get an appointment on weekends. The salon also stands out from other salons as each hair station is equipped with a computer for browsing while you wait for your hair to be done and they also have various phone chargers for you to charge your phone.
The package for colour, cut and wash is from RM218 onwards for female which is a good deal especially since they use hair dyes from Shiseido and a haircut will set you back at RM58 for a senior stylist. I usually look for Megan at the Empire branch as she knows the latest hair trends and what hairstyles will suit my face shape. There is also a special area for muslim women who want to cut their hair in private.

So I’ve been looking for a new hair salon ever since moving to Subang. I’ve tried quite a few places but after A-​Saloon I think I’ve found my favourite. I’m a regular at their outlet in Empire Shopping Gallery and I highly recommend Emi, who is the Senior Stylist there. She charges RM58 for a wash and blow. She did a fantastic job and she recommends the hair and scalp treatment called the F Treatment Programme. It was RM168 but well worth the price as my locks were much healthier and shinier after.

A-​saloon is one of the premier Saloons here in 1 Mont Kiara. They’re located on the 1^st Floor.
The saloon is decorated with a futuristic approach and is well lit. The staff here keep the premise very neat and tidy, I always prefer going to Saloon where hygiene is a priority.
For each seat, there is a computer with internet access. Also, they provide handphone charges on request for no extra charge. Talk about service!
Also, my favourite part is when they give you a neck massage with a warm towel after washing your hair.
For men I’d recommend booking an appointment with Edmund!
