This is truly a hotel hotel! Gorgeous foyer sweet staff Breakfast bar full of fruits, juice, bread crossaints, preservatives„ granola, no nutella though but they have niccoletta, yogurt, an assortment of teas and coffee. Valentina at the front desk was super sweet when we arrived. Very helpful showing and giving us a map to explain best ways to get to places. Francesco and Christiano were also always availiable when we needed them! When our room was turned over new towels soaps lotions were present I wish the outlets they had in the room were more accessable. Had to move some furniture. The one in our room the plug had to face the armoir cabinet. Pretty much useless and unlike in the US. Has only 1 outlet so used to 2 and the converters are always big and bulky. Hotel is a nice walk to the termini station about 10 – 15 mins. Not far from borghese gardens. Very quite bc it is off main hecticness of Rome! Would return here again! Thanks for everything!

Stayed at the palace for 7 nights. Walking into the hotel the place looks very elegant. The concierge was very helpful and spoke English. The people at the concierge always change Because of the different shifts and each one were really nice and helped us if we had any questions. We had a one queens size bed room which was a perfect size for the two of us. The bed could be a little more comfortable but it did the job. The room could use a couple more outlets But we just had to unplug lamps and use those for charging things. It’s very quiet here. There is also a tv in the room. We watched a lot of bbc news Because that and cnn were the only two channels in English. They have options where you can pay to watch movies. Make sure you wake up early for breakfast. The breakfast is great & had many options. They have 4 different kinds of cereal, meats, bread, fruit, bacon, eggs, pastries, juices, tea, coffee and more. The hotel is also in a good location. They are walking distance to the Trevi fountain and a couple of other sites. The only negative I have is the wifi. Your given a code to get onto wifi, but we kept getting kicked off and had to sign back in constantly. We even had to go down to concierge to get new codes Because they stopped working and your only allowed 3 devices for one code. Other than the wifi situation we had a very nice and comfortable stay with Empire Palace and would def stay here again next time we come to Rome.

I stayed here a few times after my initial review and decide to update it since my experience kept getting better. Guess it was an off day my first time. Location is great, all the main sites are within a 30min walking distance. The main shopping road(via del corso) is close as well. Rooms are very clean! House keeping comes by twice a day for service. Breakfast is fine, internet is fast and free. Will stay here again!

Great clean place with the best breakfast I’ve ever eaten. The rooms are small but well kept and clean. Walking distance to anything. Rome is not a huge city and you can truly walk to all the main attractions of you don’t mind walking. Make sure to wear comfortable walking/running shoes. You’ll be hurting if you have shoes with not support. This hotel is located in a great place in Rome. Safe location but don’t ever put your guard down. Overall great experience. The only complaint I have is the turn down service they provide. I hated being interrupted. We were usually knocked out when they came to do it and would get woken up every time. That’s my fault for not asking if they had that service and for not telling them to stop giving us turn down service.

Super Hotel mit ausgezeichneter Lage für eine Städtereise. Personal top freundlich, Zimmer zwar recht klein, aber super sauber. 2x am Tag frische Handtücher. Frühstücksbuffet für Italien sehe reichhaltig

A true Roman 4 star. Rooms small but clean. Breakfast better than most in Europe. The staff is friendly and were always happy to help us make reservations at restaurants since our cell phones were not configured. Subways and buses that can get you anywhere in Rome in less than 10 mins away. Also can walk anywhere in Rome if you have the energy. Good restaurants and gelato in area.

A «four star» hotel that I would say lives up to the rating(and, hence, gets four stars from me). Stayed here for three days in June 2014 on a week-long tour of Italy, and in general, I found it to be a pleasant stay. I was surprised that there were no reviews on here(probably because people tend to look at other sites when it comes to traveling abroad), so I figured I’d throw down some notes. — Rooms are small, like most hotels in Europe, but they were clean and well-appointed. — Staff were quite pleasant, which definitely wasn’t always the case throughout Italy. — Courtyard bar is a nice touch, and a great place to get a drink at night. — Buffet breakfast was fairly standard for the hotels in Italy – that is, better than most American hotels’ breakfasts, but it won’t blow you away — Great location, easy to walk to almost any attraction in 30 minutes or less(if you are not an old person who, for inexplicable reasons, signs up for a tour of Italy that clearly states that it will involve«significant amounts of walking,» then complains about having to walk more than two blocks to anything).
