I like the customer service here! They’re all so friendly. The manager(woman, middle-aged) even carried my things for me from one hotel room to the other, whenever I asked to switch rooms. I had to switch rooms because I was put into a room with one full-sized bed, when I specifically asked for two twin beds. I should have stayed in that first room(Rm. 412 I think?) because there was more space and the bathroom was better compared to Room 405(I think? The one that’s between the front desk and breakfast area). The staff packed up my stuff for me while I was away. It was a nice gesture, but I kind of wish they didn’t touch my stuff because what if I had something I didn’t want them to see? Like dirty laundry. I loved the customer service of the taller Filipino dude(he’s cute!), the young Italian girl, and the Middle Eastern dude! They were so helpful, nice, and awesome! The free breakfast consisted of orange juice(a bit too sweet for my taste), pineapple juice(I think? Too sweet also), milk, water, coffee(from machine), sweet croissant, crunchy/hard«bread» in a package, and 3 – 4 different cereals(corn flakes, chocolate Rice Krispies-type, and I think something like Cheerios? Can’t remember). Be careful when using some of the bathrooms in the rooms. There are steps up to the bathrooms that you can easily forget to climb up/down, causing you to trip. My friends and I would trip on these. I’m giving them 4 out of 5 stars because the bidet for the second room I got(405 I think) was so damn close to the wall that I couldn’t even fit my right leg in between the bidet and wall, and the shower doors for the second room wouldn’t completely close sometimes, causing a puddle of water to form right outside the shower. A few more notes to keep in mind when choosing Hotel Margaret: –It is located on the 4th floor(or 3rd? Lol I’m pretty sure it’s 4th though), to your left when you get to the 4th floor. –If you didn’t already know, some of the elevators in Europe are tiny. So if you’re going to use the elevator to get to Hotel Margaret, just know that the elevator doesn’t always work. It depends on if the previous people who used it properly closed the door first. –When you get to the building for Hotel Margaret, don’t freak out when you see that the left and right staircases lead to different hotels, or that no one is working at the main floor«customer service desk». Ignore this desk and proceed to the staircases on the left, where you will find the elevator.
