Aurum Hotel Olympic

My friend and I stayed at this hotel for 5 days and we we spent our time counting down to the day we could leave.
We checked in a little after 2:00pm and there was a family checking in ahead of us in line — no big deal. However, it took the one front desk employee well over 20 minutes to check in that one party. It took another long while to check in my friend and I. We went up to our room and there was already someone assigned to that room! COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE.
The hotel was disorganized at check in and the rest of our stay. We didn’t receive any information about breakfast, WiFi, or anything else. We tried calling the front desk to ask, but the phone didn’t work! Again, no big deal, we went downstairs and got the information. However, the WIFI DOESN’T WORK. It was too slow to be usable, which is frustrating when it was promised and I rely on the internet to contact my family while I travel.
BREAKFAST — It’s free, but don’t bother. It was stale, the yogurt was warm, the dishes were dirty, and the coffee tasted like ham. Just go pay for breakfast somewhere so you have a lesser chance of ending up in the hospital.
THE ROOM — The beds were very, very uncomfortable and the sheets and blankets are scratchy and don’t feel clean. I left Rome with several bug bites. The shower is small and the walls are paper thin.
I could probably keep reviewing, but I bet you get the picture — STAY ELSEWHERE. ANYWHERE ELSE.
This hotel needs new management, renovations, and deserves ZERO STARS.

Wir sind hier mit einer Gruppe von Leuten für 3 Nächte. Es gibt Zimmer zur Hauptstraße und wohl auch etwas ruhigere. Wir haben ein Doppelzimmer das so groß ist das noch zwei Zusatzbeten drinstehen. Das Bad hat eine Dusche und ein Waschbecken mit Toilette und Bidet. Es gibt auch einen Fön im Bad. Die Beleuchtung am Spiegel war defekt. Es gab Klimaanlagen im Zimmer wobei in einigen Zimmern die Anlage defekt war sie war zu laut und roch schlecht. Die Dusche hatte an den Rändern Verkallkungen. Das Frühstück ist italienisch karg. Kaffee Croisants eine Sorte Aufschnittkäse und gekochter Schinken.
Das Haus ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Teppiche gehören ausgetauscht nur der Aufzug ist neu und modern von 2011.
