Lowe & Associates are very happy to take the money, but when it comes to resolving an issue or submitting/amending paperwork, such as the PRTB they are incredibly slow to react.
My experience with their staff has been horrendous. I can’t work out if this is through laziness, incompetence, ignorance or lack of professionalism.
They have nice properties, but poor service. In hindsight I would not have gone with Lowe. Avoid.
