I went here with a voucher about 6 months ago. NEVER AGAIN. The studio is in a bit of an old dingy upstairs room, and they wash your hair in a tiny cramped little room on the side. Very uncomfortable. Although I have no complaints about their friendliness (the small kid that kept bringing me tea was a bit odd though? child labour??) My highlights looked a mess (really dull, instead of refreshed) and the cut was even worse. He did my layers only with some sort of knife rather than any scissors, so the ends of my hair looked all damaged. He did not even touch my fringe, even after I asked.

I bought a voucher on Living Social for half head highlights and cut, treatment and blowdry. I was very happy with the service. It was quick and very professional. The salon isn’t the most aesthetically pleasing, but I’m willing to overlook that for excellent service and affordable prices. Lorraine did my colour and I’ve been getting several compliments on it. Valentina cut my hair and I’m very happy with her work too. I’ll definitely be back.
