Taco Bell

This is one of the best Taco Bells there is. The people who work the drive thru are polite and always get our orders right. We always appreciate good service and are addicted to Taco Bell. So we love you guys :)

Yesterday they messed up the order, and today too. They almost got the burrito wrong, like they did yesterday and made it disgusting with extra nacho cheese, instead of Cheddar. Since we said we wanted to add extra cheddar and my husband caught that… They had to screw up the burrito by leaving everything else off (Basically spell everything out for this ditsy chick working the drive thru) We got home and there was no 7 layer burrito. Since the bean and rice burrito was dry as heck too, and I had no 7 layer. we have to drive a bit to get back there and TRY to simply get the correct food. Instead of fixing the order and giving us a new bean and rice burrito made normal but with added extra cheddar cheese… She just threw in a huge side of the spicy ranch sauce instead of a burrito, and gave us the 7 layer. So it was still «fixed» wrong. Not sure if she was being a smart arse by putting that big side of the ranch sauce, and not even making up for all her mistakes, or not. We are always polite and wanted things fixed politely, no need for that. Why are they dropping the ball so much lately? It’s usually awesome service, but feels like dealing with a drunk toddler or something.
We will stop trusting that they get the orders right, and start babysitting the order while we are there… Or go to Del Taco, since the service is about the same now.

I have been very happy with our new Taco Bell. It is sparkling clean Inside and Out. The employees are polite and very courteous. We had a small issue when it first opened. We weren’t upset at the misorder, but the Manager took care of it immediately and apologized all over herself. I am so pleased by the improvements.
The only thing I might complain about has NOTHING to do with quality of food or employees… It is about the menu board. It is partially hidden behind the ordering panel. We can’t see both parts without having to stick our head and shoulders out the window.

We’ve been here a couple of times and find the workers pleasant and very knowledgable about the menu and items. Food is always the way we expect it and so fresh. Inside has always been clean and if we ask for something, like salsa or sauce, because the self serve is out, the workers are happy to help… never a bad attitude!
Some reviewers seem to expect gourmet, authentic Mexican food here… com’on, it’s Taco Bell… it is what it is! Great fast tacos and such!

Yes, this place is a little slow. However, they are really nice and helped me out when I thought I lost my phone. They offered to call my phone as I found it in the car.
People complaining about time need to realize where they are. The Hi-​desert moves at a slower pace. Learn to adapt or learn to go elsewhere.

Do you like eating re-​heated vomit in a tortilla? If so, you’ll love this place! Buy plenty of toilet paper.

The drive thru is a little slow however, my food always comes out correct so I don’t mind. The ladies who work there are eye candy (at least when I went) and the food is well, taco bellish. I haven’t been inside but, from the outside it looks upkept and such. I don’t ever recall seeing trash outside.

This place is Horrible!!! It took FOREVER for our order and all the other orders ahead to be ready! There were a good amount of employees here and not so much customers. Everyone who works here probably needs to be re-​trained and learn some multi-​tasking skills or something. To be exact, it took 20 minutos from the time our order was placed to the time we actually received it. The food was still good, but c’mon now… It’s suppose to be a fast food restaurant.
