Del Taco

Every time I go there the food get worse and when they have more then two hours left till closing they alway give dirty looks and there already to close

Even though they have fewer vegetarian choices. But the excellent taste and superior customer service makes up for the lack of vegetarian options. They were able to customize the Crunchy Tostadas to our vegan needs and it tasted very Mexican. I would recommend them over TacoBell all the time.

Typically I do not give Fast Food places more than 3 – 4 stars for being great. However the customer service here was amazing. Maybe it’s because I come from LA where it’s so bad. Everyone here was nice with their suggestions and small talk.
The food tasted super fresh, I gotten a bowl, which tasted Chipotle quality.
If you’re wondering why I was here, look at the hill to the right if you’re looking outside the front entrance, I was that house on vacation with friends.

When it comes to Del Taco, I usually go to the on down the street but since I was headed past this particular Del Taco, I decided to go there. I didn’t order much but 2 spicy jack chicken quesadillas with onions and 2 half pound bean & cheese burritos. When I got to my destination, I realized that they screwed up my order and gave me spicy jack quesadillas with onions but NO chicken but had charged me for the chicken quesadillas. I called them back and told them about the whole screw up and the person on the phone, who said he was the manager, apologized, took my name down and said he’d write it down in a book and next time I get food from there, they’d give me 2 free spicy jack chicken quesadillas for free to make up for the screw up. Approximately 2 weeks later, I went there again to get food and mentioned the mishap from 2 weeks prior and told them that the manager wrote my name down in the book and would honor what I didn’t get last time. The people that were working there first said there’s no such book then went on to saying that they don’t keep the books for over a month and that book is thrown out. It had been only 2 weeks and within the month of July. It upset me so much because it’s not about me wanting to get free food, it’s about lying. I think either the manager lied or the workers didn’t want to honor what I’d paid for. Would not go there again. Unfortunately there aren’t no corporation complaint numbers and if there are, I’ve read from other people that Del Taco would not respond back to anything. It’s a rip off!

We all ate here today and my daughter and I had the chicken soft taco, We both got severly sick with diarrhea and vomiting lasting for hours. I called the resturant but according to them noone else had called in with a complaint. I then called the owner and he will get back to me tomorrow.. I’m now off to bed. We better feel better soon.

This Del Taco versus the other one down the road is a bit slower however, more thorough. I haven’t had any problems with my order (s) here. Although, it must be a chain wide thing to include so little cheese and meat when you ask for no lettuce…
