Rocky’s Ace Hardware

Small store but packed with times. Prices are compatible. This place often has items other stores do not carry. The staff is very friendly.

So I had a problem with a costume I got from the Halloween Outlet down the street, it was missing some screws to the wings I had purchased and we stopped in here to see if they could help. We were greeted warmly upon entering and the cashier alerted someone in the screws departments to meet us there (don’t laugh!). I can’t remember his name which is a shame because he was so nice, and really took the time to help us with our unusual request. He found exactly what we were looking for, even better than we had hoped for. All this in no time flat and he wished us well and fun on our adventures. The cashier was very friendly and helpful as well. Looks like all the Ace Hardware stores that I have been to in several states keep quality standards.

I love this place, its not always the best price or maybe the brand you wanted, but everyone is 10x more friendly and helpful than anyone at Home Depot or Lowes.

Tall guy manager is pretty helpful. Not a bad place.
The ACE rewards card is nice.

literally, thats what the dude i spoke with there had to retort to me when i inquired if they carried a specific product, that was after asking «sir, sir, EXCUSE ME, SIR!!!» a little slow me thinks.
overall I guess this place suits the needs of the little enclave they have out in these parts, tatuck square, lame square more like it. oh well, they did have my fuses, which is way better than having to go bigbox (which isnt anywhere near this side of the city) so i say average rating. The last time i came here looking for a ‘specialty’ good (a halogen light bulb) I was SOL, so i am happy to be ⁵⁰⁄₅₀ now.
fortunately they do have additional staff who although aren’t too excited to be here, but did serve their function.
