I LOVE COLOURS! I have been coming here for years now and I WILL NOT go anywhere else. I usually go to Cindy H., for my services but I’ve had the other girls there too and they are just as great! My gel manicures and pedicures last for more than 2 weeks and I love the fact that they have so many colors to choose from! The salon is super clean and the staff is so friendly, they always greet me by my name! The manager, Linda, is welcoming and the sweetest! I won’t let anyone else touch my eyebrows but her! If you’re ever in need of a perfect place to relax and get dolled up, GO TO COLOURS!

While not the cheapest prices, I love colours. I’ve tried out several different nail places in the area, and nothing compares to this place. I can honestly say I’ve never been disappointed here.

I have been coming here for years now and I hate to have to go anywhere else. I get gel manicures which always last two weeks or more. Trin is very talented with all different new nail designs. The salon is large and super clean. They also cater to bridal parties/​larger groups. The pedicure area is very nice and they also do a great job here. I’ve also been many times to Ann and Mindy who do a great job with gel as well. Ann is my personal fav for a pedicure she takes her time They can be a bit more pricey than other salons but it is worth the money.

Just went to COLORS for the first time!!! Had an amazing experience! Heidi was my nail tech… She rocks!!! Atmosphere was gorgeous and relaxing!!! Highly recommended!!!

There are many nail salons in my neighborhood, but only one I can call my nail salon of choice — Colours! The décor and atmosphere are pleasing. The facility is consistently clean. Care is taken to ensure client comfort and health with pedicure tub liners, fresh linen and sanitized tools. I find the staff personable and highly skilled. I’m pleased with the nail and waxing services I’ve had. I’ve introduced friends to Colours and treated out of town guests to services at this Worcester jewel. If you haven’t been, treat yourself soon!

I was happy to really like this salon that is so close to my home. I highly recommend Manila as a manicurist. At this time, the rate is $ 15 for a manicure. The welcome you receive when walking in has definitely improved. I have no qualms recommending Colours.

If I was only interested in a spa like environment and cleanliness, Colours would receive 5 stars. For sure, when I first sat down in the pedicure chair, I was impressed with the atmosphere, the comfy massage chair, and the spa liners. Unfortunately, my excitement quickly fizzled. I felt like my pedicure was rushed and not quite the relaxing experience that I was expecting. My toe nails were poorly shaped, my feet were barely exfoliated, and the polish not only didn’t look great, it also did not last long. For the price I paid for a spa pedicure, I could have had two full mani/​pedis at another salon with better results. I will not be returning.

I go to see Trinh for pedicures. I really like that the spa chairs are very clean and that they use sanitary liners. Trinh has done r2d2 on my toes and other funky and fun designs. I love her!!! She is worth every dollar.

Ive had a pedi here once and was very disapointed for such a highly rated salon. It was very clean with a great selection of colors but from there it was nothing but average and overpriced. I have had better pedis for way less.

I have been going to Colours since they opened and I absolutely LOVED IT! Sadly I can not still say the same. Every time you go the services are more and more expensive and each time I go I am less and less happy with the service I am getting. If you are going to increase your prices so aggressively it would be mindful to make sure the product represents the cost of service. The front desk is not personable and regrettably I have tried far too many times for a welcoming interaction or some opinions on colors and services. The gel manicures are sometimes absolutely beautifully and then others completely dreadful… For $ 28 you would expect more consistency. I am not a math major but it all just doesn’t add up anymore to continue spending my money there. It’s a shame I because some of the girls are very lovely.

Alma, you are so right. My best friend is here from my home town and was in need of a nail fill (us working girls both need to go back to work on Monday) and I have had friends raved about this place. So, we tried it. Yes, it was our first visit to this establishment, so I would think that you would be treated as such, and given information so you can make informed choices. That was not the case. The receptionist was busy, so one of the employees came up to the desk to say to my friend, ‘You don’t have an appointment. Go wait over there.’ The Receptionist, who saw what had happened, called out to my friend and I, now sitting and waiting, ‘It will be 15 minutes.’ We were ½ tempted to go to the nail salon next door, but we liked the look of the place, so we stayed. My friend was called back, greeted by a polite employee. The service my friend received was not what she expected for a file — after the removal of the airbrushing she already had, her nails were only brushed off, and the new filling put on top. Any woman, person, who’s had on acrylic nails can tell you how the procedure goes. This was not way nails should be filled. Once the fill was completed, my friend was asked if she wanted nails to be airbrushed again, asking if she wanted French tips. At no time was it told to my friend that this would be for an extra charge. When she was lead to the table to have her new service dried by the fans, the look on her face said it all. It’s not a good way to conduct business. We were not made to feel welcomed. I will not be going back. The kicker is, one of their regular customers, been going there for many, many years, recommended this shop to me.
I will be returning to a local business in Auburn for myself.

I love Colours! They are clean and very professional. My nails always come out great and I get many complements on my eyebrows (that I get waxed there). I highly recommend this nail salon.
