This place is an absolute gem. From my first call to inquire about repairs until the final drop off at my house, this (what I thought was going to be a stressful and expensive repair) couldn’t have gone smoother.
My snow blower had been sitting in my garage for about 4 years. It had two flat tires and wouldn’t start. After last winter, I couldn’t take shoveling anymore and decided to have it fixed. I called to Caola and spoke to a gentleman (I wish I could remember his name, because he was great) who took a good 15 minutes to set up a time to pick up the snow blower and go over what was wrong with it and the expected timeline of repairs and the return to my house. I don’t know a lot about snow blowers and lawn mower parts or repairs and this guy couldn’t have been more patient with me and answered all of my questions. I never felt rushed or like he just wanted to get off the phone.
They picked up the snow blower with no problem. Repaired it within the timeframe that the guy gave me on the phone. I called in expecting to get the bad news that it was going to be a couple hundred bucks to repair. Nope, I talked to the same guy and he said «It was in great shape for not being started for several years.» He told me I stored it properly and that was the most important thing. He said it was a simple repair and all toll (including the pick up and drop off) was $ 130. I almost fell out of my chair.
All in all, these are honest people. The guy knew I didn’t know anything about parts or repairs and he didn’t try to take me for a ride. He could have told me the «rammastam» needed to be replaced for $ 400 and I would have told him to do it. They never tried to repair something that wasn’t necessary in order to increase the bill. The repairs were done quickly and the whole transaction was flawless.
My one negative aspect of this is on me, because I am disappointed I spent the last three winters shoveling and that I waited so long to have it repaired. I’m very thankful I found Caola and they’ll definitely get my business again.

Initially I brought lawn mower there to be «tuned up». I assumed it would cost an arm and a leg and their price was very reasonable and it ran great. The second time I went in I had brought in a chain to be sharpened; again incredibly reasonable and they even put it back on the chain saw for me. The thrid time I had the chain sharpened again and brought it home to put on my chain saw. Couldn’t get the darn thing to start (and it’s electric… LOL) Apparently, there is a safety guard on it and I hadn’t put it in the proper position I am a single woman and owning a house is new to me. These guys are always kind and never condescending. In fact, I appreciate them so much I am buying a snow blower from them this year!

These guys are top notch if you need a new snowblower, lawn mower or chainsaw. Their service department is the best in Worcester. I bought my Toro snow blower from them a few years back and was very happy with their professional service. I recently needed some service done on it, and for it to be ready for winter. It was returned very promptly and serviced extremely well.
