The price is right and the bread is fresh. The deli meat on the other hand is highly suspect! Gray roast beef, slimy turkey, questionable looking ham and an odd color«cheese like product» just to name a few. Do you self a favor and find a D’ANGELOS instead.

I go here a couple times per week. They’re nice and fast. That’s what matters when you’re starving and in a hurry to get back to work.

I like the fresh bread selection, vegetable selection, and sauces. The employees are friendly and you can tell they work fast during the lunch rush when the line can be five or more deep. Italian BMT and southwest steak and cheese are my favorites. I wish they’d bring back the jalapeño cheese bread though.

Typical subway like everywhere else. But I must say they do accept all coupons wothout problem and they do put good amount of stuff in the sandwich and dont skimp on it. The breads are baked nicely and not flat. and bumpy like many. other places. They usually have enough employess during. lunch time but the lines are big and I dont blame them it is a good location for business and you bound to have line. Also their xatering is good. Saw them making catering orders today abd they actually looked very good and presented nicely in the case where all the sandwichs are stacked. Overall def a visit for cheap lunch

Typical Subway, busy line during the lunch hour but line moved quickly. The cashier girl was looking as if she was forced to stand there, a smile and a thank you for the business would be appreciated!

It’s Subway. Food is pretty standard regardless of which one you go to. I do like having my sandwich packed with veggies. Makes me feel like I’m eating healthier. I don’t know many places that puts olives on a sandwich but I like it. Portions are pretty meticulous so don’t expect to get filled up on one of the small subs. I stopped in just to take the hunger edge off before heading out. Ordered the Subway Melt 6″ with everything except onions. Didn’t want the stinky breath.

This is the WORST restaurant I have ever been in. I got several coupons from the Sunday paper and went to go and use them in this establishment. Before ordering, I asked the clerk if the coupon would be accepted; he said that it would and made all the food I was ordering. Then the owner came out to ring me up and when I handed him the coupon he told me very rudely that they did not accept any coupons. I said that was a surprise, since his clerk told me they did, and he proceeded to yell at the young man in front of me and all the other customers. I said that good customer service would include honoring the coupon, since I had been told they would take it, and there was nothing on the back saying which stores would accept it. He told me that his store accepted no coupons, and I asked why there wasn’t a sign up saying that then. He continued to be very rude to me in the manner in which he spoke, telling me that I was a liar and my coupon was fraudulent(which, it was not.) I then asked him to give me the customer service number and it took him over FIFTEENMINUTES to find it. When I told him that he should be embarrassed not to have that on hand, he told me that his store«never got any complaints.» HA! I see on here alone that there are many complaints about this man. I made sure to call the Subway hotline to report him, but they told me really nothing would be done because he owns that particular Subway. If you want good customer service and to be treated well, do NOT go to this Subway; I know I will never step foot in any Subway ever again.

Just eh. You get a lot for the value, but really it is really just not that good. Esp compared the the Diner in the Park just steps away. Similar to other nearby Subways in the area, but I think it gets a bad rap just because it so close to the Diner next door.

Subway should be sued for false advertising for claiming that what they serve is «food.» I can’t think of one good thing about this place. I’ve been twice. The first time because someone else was paying. The sandwich was something you would be served in a school cafeteria, and that’s actually an insult to school cafeterias. The second time I went, the server sneezed on her sleeve and then asked me what I wanted. I asked her for a bag of chips. Any self-respecting person(especially those of us with Italian heritage) should never be seen in a Subway.

I eat here lunch when in town for work. On the last few occasions the bread has been dry, as if it was baked on the previous day and has been saved. Go to the diner next door, the food is much better and the price is comparable.

No no no no no no no no. I’ve never entered a line and exited in a state of fury like this before due to service. There’s a reason why this place is tucked far far away from normal commercial areas of Woburn: because it sucks ass and needs to remain hidden. And if you do find it, you’ve only discovered the biggest turd nugget in town. I asked the South East Asian lady for the footlong of the month: the western egg sandwich. Looks like crap, but I’ll try it. She looks at me and snaps, «hahhhh?» like I’m the asshole. I repeated myself. «Hahhhhhh?» For fucks sake, I pointed at the sign… and finally she got it. Typical Subway style, they cheap out on the distribution of ingredients. When they say«eat fresh», they really mean«go screw». Anyhow, she passes my sandwich onto the next Southeast Asian. I ask for olives. I literally saw her put THREE olives. That’s my WORD. I can’t lie about that. So I said«can you please put more?» in an offended and shocked tone. How cheap can you be with these ingredient distribution? So she adds like… 3 more. «MORE!!!» Now she gives me attitude and puts in a bunch, like she’s trying to condescend me. Jokes on you, I like olives! Now I ask for sauce. And what do they do? THEYDROWNMYSANDWICHINSAUCE. I can’t even see my toppings… maybe because there weren’t that many to begin with. Anyhow, at this point I just want to eat. The guy that rings me up(I assume the owner) gives me attitude because I was about to choke his staff. Understandable. OK, so I open my bag. No fork, one cocktail napkin. Well, let me go to the utensil station– ohhhh, all they have are SPOONS and NONAPKINS! WTF… so I asked the lady behind the counter for napkins. HEREWEGOAGAIN! One napkin. MOREEASSHOLE, LOOKATMYSOGGYSANDWICH!!! AGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!! And the sandwich blew. Fuck me, I am going to the nearby diner from now on. I do not recommend this place at all, and I swear to god, I’m going to have a VS(Victory over Subway) parade when this place finally closes down due to the shitty staff that can’t seem to do even the most mundane task. I’d rather drive to Stoneham’s Subway then go to this shithouse of a place ever again.

As Dani G stated in her review, these people do remember you. The owner even gave me a nickname. «Tuna». I have always wanted a nickname but I can honestly say I never thought that my nickname would be «Tuna» unless it was gained in a somewhat more surreptitious fashion. Anyway, the schnozberries taste like schnozberries so this place is cool.

Got my lunch here today. The older man took my order, started making my sandwich, then asked whether or not I wanted it toasted. I said no because I hate when the cheese is melty and the meat is warm. He handed it off to the younger one who promptly popped it in the toaster when I wasn’t looking. Then there was a 5 – 10 min wait to pay because the computer was glitching or something. By the time I got to sit with my boyfriend and enjoy my sub, he was finished. And he takes his time. =( Other than that, they were polite and friendly.

This is actually a good one. The place is family run and so it is always the same people working. Even though it is a franchise– they make a point to show you they remember you– this is important. The food is always fresh and while the standrad menu is lacking in imagination– the quality customer service makes up for it. They are fast, friendly and consistent. That is my idea of a good lunch during the business week.
