A pretty basic lunch spot, locasted in Building 400 in West Cummings Park.
A Mom & Pop run typle of place.
I got a grilled ham and cheese and a cup of soup.
The cheese in the sandwich was not melted. They use a toaster only and don’t have a grill.
The soup tasted bland and canned. The chicken in the soup had a off spongy consistancy.
The two items came just under $ 10.
I would have rathered gone to the Diner next door in Building #300.

My boss introduced me to Munchies for lunch last week. I would have never known it was there if we weren’t looking for this place as it is hidden inside a Cummings property, i.e. you need to walk through part of an office building to find it.
Munchies is run by a sweet Korean couple, and the spot serves mostly deli fare – salad bar, sandwiches, breakfast foods, but they also have a few Korean dishes mixed in there as daily specials. I ordered the small roast beef club sandwich, and it was the perfect portion – filled me without making me feel stuffed – and a yummy sandwich overall. I would definitely eat here again, and probably will in the near future.

We stopped in here while waiting for our jaguar service up the street. Though this little deli is tucked away in an industrial park building, the food was good and you can’t beat the price. Its basically a deli/​convenience store with seating – a great alternative to a «lunch truck»! We got the Wednesday special (egg, cheese, meat sandwich on english muffin or choice of toast) for $ 1.50. Fast, cheap and yummy. Would definitely come back.

If you work in the Cummings Park business area do yourself a favor and haul ass to Munchies to get one of their chocolate chip cookies. I’m developing a pretty serious habit.

I have been passing the sign for this place for over a year and today I tried it for the first time. It is located in an office building so that’s kind of weird. When you go into Munchies it looks like a small deli. They have a number of cold subs and also several specialty sandwiches. I got the RJ special today which is a turkey ruben. It was not bad at all. My friend got some funky chicken salad pita thing and that I would avoid. I would have given this 3 stars but the location was just awkward.

This is a good spot to grab lunch. Please keep in mind it will be a very basic lunch… but basic is good.
