My review is specifically towards the Lobster Roll at Panera Bread. I have always been a huge fan of Panera Bread. However, I am not a fan of the lobster roll. The lobster meat is fine, but it’s too bland. There is no flavor or dressing with the lobster. In addition, the roll is absolutely horrendous! It’s the type of roll that if you keep eating it, the worse it tastes! This lobster roll is also over priced. If the lobster roll tasted better, then maybe it would be worth paying 15⁄19 dollars for it. It’s just disappointing that Panera Bread in the New England area is serving this lobster roll. It gives the lobster roll a bad reputation.

The food was tasty but expensive for the small portions. Good variety of soup, salad & sandwiches but this will be a once in a rare while kinda place for lunch.

Under filled soups! This location has time and time again given me just barely over halfway filled«take out» soup. Bad enough their soup containers are very small. Their soups are always tasty and healthy choices but take my advice and have the soup in house!

Not impressed went here for breakfast ordered 2 sesame bagels with butter toasted and a smoothie easy right No very wrong it was a Togo order bagels were just tossed into the bag not wrapped up in the in any way and the butter was 6 rock solid packs impossible to spread It seems it would be too much of a hardship for them to put the buyer on The smoothie was the best part Today 6÷22÷16 I must have gotten to someone who works here they were not happy with this comment If they don’t like working here then look for something better So the pos that left that comment all I can say Dunkin donuts has better service

Clean, bright and always crowded this PB serves good muffins and hearty sandwiches. The cinnamon coffee cake, on the other hand, was a bit dry. Upon entering I was happily greeted by three different employees with«hello» and«how are you today?» Unfortunately my server was not one of them. This zombified barista rolled her eyes and let out a big sigh following my request for whole milk. My inquiry to see the difference between small and medium size cups was also not on today’s agenda. If there is a next time maybe I’ll get one of the happier servers or at least one with a pulse.

The food is really good, it’s clean & fast. But I have to say the server at counter called Nicole is sooooo rude. She really needs intense course on customer service. But with that said she’s young girl with attitude that hopefully will improve

This Panera is great. I don’t typically write reviews unless I have either a horrible or exceptional experience at a place. I have always ordered from them for work catering and they are always prompt, professional and never forget anything(which is no small feat). I have ordered from many Paneras for catering and you don’t always get the same great service. The food is great. it is a great place to go with a baby/toddler. Yesterday, I walked in after ordering my food online(need to give my daughter’s lunch extra time to cool and it’s so easy just walking in and having your order just sitting there). I went to grab my order and the GM asked if he could get my soda for me, which made my life so much easier. Usually I have to quickly walk away form my stuff to carry my daughter to get my drink, travel back to the table, then back again to get the high chair. When he came back with my soda, he asked if I needed a highchair, and brought that right over. Then when we were done eating and I went to bring it back, again, the attentive GM noticed and told me he would take care of it. The staff has always been great, but this time it was extra special and had me running to Unilocal to tell everyone.

I was motivated to leave a review because I received such outstanding customer service here. It was a busy location and I guess it’s a favorite spot to meet in the mall. Even though it was very busy, the staff maintained composure and friendliness throughout my hour long visit at this location for a business meeting. Great job Panera management team!

I ate here several times over the past month. Each time I stopped in, my food was looking and tasting great. Although it is a chain restaurant– this one seems to be one of the better locations.

My son, mom and I dined here on a $ 25 gift card(that’s honestly the only reason) and surprise! The total for 2 sandwiches and a kid’s meal came to $ 28 and change. The sandwiches were absolute crap, bland and really nothing inside the bread. The ingredients made up maybe a ¼ of the actual sandwich and the rest was overlapping bread. While their menu is definitely overpriced, the hair on my plate was free of charge. *gag*

My wife has been going to this location for a couple of years. I only recently went with her for the first time over the Christmas holidays. I had a ½ roast beef sandwich with a black bean soup. The soup was rather flavorless, but the sandwich on focaccia bread was quite edible. I would not seek this out on my own, but would go back again when shopping with my better half. The place was super busy, but the line did move rather quickly so there’s another positive. I might try one of their salads on my next visit as they looked very good in passing.

Big special on the menu steak and white cheddar on a baguette and french onion soup. Sound great right? Only problem«we’re out of the soup». So I order just the sandwich only to be called to the counter. «We’re out of the French baguettes». Are you kidding? We are at Panera BREAD correct? I’d paid so I got the sandwich on another bread. Behind the counter looks like a sty. Love Panera, but in Woburn MA, they were below normal standard.

A good place to get a breakfast sandwhich. It is very ritzy here, with the décor and prices. But I like this location just like I how I appreciate the one in the Liberty Tree Mall in Danvers.

Rapid pick-up took 40 minutes from start to finish, but I have to say the staff did a really nice job taking the time to make it right. I started this as a 1 star while I waited, but the customer support was a pleasant and unexpected surprise.

Warm — not too crowded when I got here around 5pm — plenty of space — tea tastes like all other tea — the wifi works perfectly — perfect place to get a little work done. One extra star if they could add a few low-salt options to the menu

Regular plain-old Panera, but reliable. Which reminds me, I have a free drink waiting for me thanks for my frequent eater card(or whatever you call it). This one is easily accessible in this part of town and, if you have your favorite sandwiches and things, this place will do just fine for you. This is especially convenient if you are staying at the nearby Fairfield Inn hotel. Recommended!

Today was the first time in a very long time that I have chosen to eat here. Typically, I don’t find the value in Panera Bread. But, I took the chance to see if the value in quality was still there. I chose the BBQ Chopped Chicken Salad, and I must say that it was dismal! Kacy D took my order, and she couldn’t have gotten it any more wrong. I requested extra dressing on the side, because I already knew how stingy they are, at the price that they charge. I also requested extra tortilla strips on the side, because they tend to get soggy in the salad. When I sat down to eat, I merely had a half a dollop of dressing in two plastic dipping containers. To reiterate — half dollop in each container = 1 whole dollop. Seriously, if they had to choose to be such cheap asses, then why even use the second container, knowing that they don’t even intend to fill the first one? Something else I don’t understand, and that is, I have«Check ID» on the back of my credit card. Why do cashiers swipe your card BEFORE asking to check your photo ID? –Please, I’d like a real answer for that. Worst part of all is that the«grilled» corn in the salad was actually frozen. I took one bite, and it was like eating a snowflakes(no, not the bad kind.) I mixed up my salad to find that there was a watery puddle at the bottom of my plate. To make my lunch even worse, I’m appalled by how unripe my apple is. It’s so premature, that it’s basically a fetus in its apple stage of life. I’m ashamed for them. The quality in the food and in service is obviously not there. I know many people come into Panera on a daily basis for breakfast, lunch, and sometimes dinner. But, I know that I will no longer be part of that. No, thank you! –Irate and Disappointed

While most Panera’s are a consistent 3-stars, this one managed to bump it down a notch. I ordered a very run of the mill«You pick 2» of soup and a sandwich. What I received– lukewarm broccoli cheddar soup and a sandwich where half the chicken and tomatoes were falling out of it, and the cheese was not melted at all(Was the panini even put in the presser? Probably not, it was freezing cold.) Layout is not really conducive to comfort– this Panera is narrow and has tables mashed together in the long space. The employees are brusk and unfriendly… and like the other reviews, they were busy chatting in the area between the bakery and the deli registers than actually taking customer orders. Even though I was here in off hours, the place was rockin’ busy.
