I ordered room service from 2 Forbes while staying for a week at the Hilton Woburn. Service was prompt and very friendly. The food came up warm and fresh every time.(This is not generally my experience with room service, so please understand why I am super impressed by this.) The cost is fair for room service food, which typically is way overpriced for way too little, but the portions are quite generous. The restaurant touts the menu as an offering of gourmet American food. It’s not. It’s just food. But overall it’s fairly decent. I would have appreciated more vegetarian options on the menu, and I was a bit jealous of the children’s menu – no mac & cheese or brownie sundae for adults? My biggest complaint was for breakfast, which I was not able to enjoy. I went down at 10AM. The staff initially turned me away without explanation, but I was confused because they advertise breakfast as running until 11AM. They informed me that because there were so few customers, they decided to close early. Well, that was my last attempt at breakfast. I prefer the room service folks anyway, they are much more polite!

Horrible service. 25 minute wait for club sandwich? Never came back to check if I was satisfied or needed anything. Ok club & fries

I’m starting to think that hotel restaurants have a clause in their lease that strictly prohibits serving good food. Sadly, most spots conceal mediocrity with good plating and high prices. I hate to generalize, but the ones I’ve tried have not been very good. «2 Forbes» certainly has that fancy ring to it. Overall, ambiance can only take you so far, but the dry burger, overcooked Ahi Tuna, and standard clam chowder was not nearly enough to seal the deal.

Good food and friendly service. Ate breakfast and dinner. Excellent but steaks are pricy

I ate here twice when I stayed here for a few business meetings. Once for breakfast which was horrible and again because we didn’t want to leave the hotel, for dinner. It is tucked in the back of the Hilton Hotel in Woburn. The menu is your typical hotel style offerings trying really hard to be creative with egg dishes and assorted breakfast items and steaks and seafood entrees for dinner. The service is slow and just dragged throught both meals. The food is terrible, with most of the items overcooked and dry and without any flavor or taste whatsoever. I didn’t have high expectations for this place since it sits inside a mediocre hotel but not this bad. I would recommend passing this place by to venture out to some of the other nearby restaurants.

We ate here twice while staying at the Hilton. the first night we were too lazy to leave t he hotel… then it was so good we went for another night. The fish was fab… the calamari ROCKED– the service was so-so for dinner but great for breakfast…

Overall, a very nice restaurant. Good wine selection as well. The reason for the 2 stars was the Pan Seared Ahi Tuna I had. There was nothing raw about it. Almost completely cooked! If I stay at the Hilton again, I will try something different and hopefully raise my stars.
