Okay ordered the shredded angus and it was literally cheap ground beef. Asked for a drink gave my expired ID along with the temporary paper one that states I am 28 years old and they couldn’t use my ID for identification yet when I pay with my credit card that is signed on the back it states see ID and of course they allow to use it for that. Took 15 minutes to get my bill and 7 minutes to pay. My wife’s meal was left untouched and we were still charged for it very disappointed in the service here.

Went here to get a drink with a friend after work and had the worst experience. The bar tender was horrible. She was a heavy set older woman in her 40s or 50s with a thick Boston accent. We asked for a beer menu or some sort of drink menu and she said that they didn’t have one, which I seriously doubt. She essentially started barking off a list of beers at 100 miles an hour. She did not want to give us any time to think about our order. When we asked for some time she somehow found it insulting and didn’t come back for about 15 minutes. We finally waved her over gave her our drink order and then she ignored us again. Even gave everyone else at the bar pop corn and purposely omitted us. We didn’t care about the popcorn but she obviously wanted us gone. We were going to get a few more drinks and dinner but given her attitude we decided to go to On the Boarder down the street. She really did have Quite the attitude and the restaurant lost our business that night because of it. And in the end we probably wont be going back any time soon.

Was there for over an hour and a half and the waitress was so flustered the entire time! I waitress and I know good and bad service and this was definitely SHORT of excellence! Wasn’t happy with my food, or service and will NOT be going back there!

Nice and friendly. Food was OK. Not great, but ok. The interior was old and somewhat drab. The service was great though! Being here on a business trip, I would not recommend this place, as there are quite a few other, similarly priced restaurants where food will be less like Denny’s.

Had a great time at the 99 with my family Saturday evening. I would have given this place a 5 Star rating but I didn’t think anyone would believe me. Erin was our sever. She was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. She was able to bring food out fast for our hungry boys. All the food was hot and tasty. Best part was that it all looked just as good as the picture on the menu. 5 Stars for Erin. We also loved her Woburn accent, spot on.

Tried this restaurant after having a long day on the road. I sat at the bar was very happy with the bartenders. Kim and Stephanie took care of me had a great meal and felt genuinely cared for and comfortable. I am a female business traveler and felt like I was at my local watering hole.

99 is solid food at solid prices. Food quality here is much better than the one on Cambridge rd. Tips as lays cooked to my liking. Wait staff usually very good. Tonight a bit slower than normal on a slow night so instead of my 4 as usual here downgrade to a 3.

Is there such thing as a bad Ninety-Nine? This location is great, right off the highway, parking appears tight but I’ve never been unable to find a spot. Never had a long wait on a weekend, and the bar staff is great.

I will typically choose to eat here when looking for a decent meal with fast service and my visit to this location met my expectations. You start off with a complimentary bowl of popcorn. Our waitress came over quickly to take our drink order and our dinner order just a short bit later. I went with one of their new menu items, the lemon rosemary chicken tips over rice with broccoli on the side. My dinner was good with no real complaints. My buddy ordered the ribs and actually had to send them back as he said they were rubbery. He opted for the prime rib instead, which he said was pretty good. All in all, a quick decent meal with friendly service.

This 99s is great. I eat here all the time and the food is always good. I’ve never had a complaint. The staff is friendly and helpful and you get to know them and they remember you. I tried the apple cider pork chops yesterday and they were delicious. The menu has a lot of choices too.

I recently ordered curbside takeout from here. The service was excellent and the orders were accurate, however, the quality was mediocre. The French fries were cold and tasted as if they had been sitting out for some time. The quality of the chicken tenders was decent, yet not enough GF sauce.

It was displeasing to say the least. The food was disappointing, the service was scarce, and the menu was boring. With all of the options in town, I won’t waste my time here again.

99 reasons not to go back… I honestly am out of words to describe how disappointed I am. Got there, took forever to get served and the place wasn’t even busy. Ordered some mozzarela sticks and it looked worse than the ones I buy frozen at the grocery store from Fridays. Then I ordered what I thought it was one of the safests things on the menu«The official burger of the Boston Red Sox» and the meat tasted burned. They came back with another one not only tasting burned too but greasy and pink in the middle. Obviously wasn’t a problem with the meat but either the dirty grill or the person cooking it. Needless to say that after that I just had to ask for the check and leave… Never going back!

This is becoming a regular lunch spot for me. I’m always suprised how good the food is. Restoring my faith in large restaurant chains!

A while ago I had their Colossal Lobster roll, and it was a roll filled with lettuce and it had the lobster meat piled on the top. Bun was nicely toasted and the fries and slaw was OK but the amount of lobster seemed light so afterwards I contacted the 99 and asked how much lobster meat was on the sandwich and the response was 6 – 6.5 oz. I later did a takeout of the same item and put the lobster meat on the scale and it was 4.7 oz. I replied to the 99 with this fact and never heard anything back.

Loved their bubble Gwen tea. Also, the boneless wings are very good. We left there craving more. Nice place to eat with nice atmosphere. Staff were very nice too.

Place is a dump. Time to redecorate and replace the carpet and décor. Feels like I walked back into a 1974 time warp. Then again it is Woburn, so my expectations aren’t very high. I’m no snob either, I like hole-in-the-wall joints if the food and service is exceptional. That’s not the case here. Been here on two occasions, both times, the mouth-breathing locals at the bar with their hats on backwards and Bruins jersey’s couldn’t take their eyes off my wife. As though they’ve never seen an attractive woman before. It was becoming borderline confrontational the way they were staring and twisting around in their stools. Classless. Our first time there the waitress seemed as though we were bothering her just being there. Our second time we had a friendly waiter, decent service. Last time I was there I was seated next to a family having a dysfunctional argument that would have been more appropriate to have at home… or just not in a restaurant.

First time here but will make it a habit because of those Honey mustard/bbq chicken wings. Sat at the bar and service was pretty good.

Good bar with chain food — and that’s a compliment. Usually bars have rotten food, This is semi-healthy by still feels like a neighborhood joint. Great service, reasonable food. Reminds me of Weatherspoons in London, if you know that chain. I had Turkey Tips, which is a BBQ flavored turkey dish. Was actually quite tasty! Had the usual macro brews, but also a few micros including a reasonable IPA. I’d definitely come back.
