Update(after 5 months): Regardless of my hype about the 9 foot tall ceilings here, the noise from the neighbors is way too much beyond tolerable limit. Tall ceilings do not help the noise, you can’t have a peaceful sleep every day. Mean, low-lifers live around and they create a lot of noise walking(they stomp as if they are some monster movie characters), slamming and dropping objects throughout the day and night(until 1 am?! every day !?). At least the leasing office was very responsive, as they usually are to any issue/concern, to this matter. But that didn’t affect a thing with the nasty neighbors! This changes my whole perspective about this place, luxuries do not count when the sleep is disturbed by the neighbor every night. Original review: We moved in recently and we’re happy we did. You can’t beat the location, the intersection of two inter-states and the proximity to all kinds of shopping/dining/home goods/apparel/coffee/groceries and hospital, you name it. Haven’t seen towels napkins soap etc ready at the apartment on the move-in date before, that was sweet. Little things but they definitely put a smile on your face. I bet these guys are striving to make a difference. You can feel the warmth when you walk-in to the leasing office for any matter. Be it the property manager or Adam or Jessica or Sadie(took us for the apt tour first time), I guess they are a great team. They are quite flexible in accommodating resident requests, which is awesome. Now, about the other factors — apartment pricing is competitive in this area. The apartment is nice and spacious, we love it. The ceilings are unusually high, low ceilings are pretty much the standard everywhere to keep the construction costs low but here, it feels tall and it adds a lot of extra vertical space for storage, which is good. It also helps curb the resident noise from above/below. This is relatively a new property, so no one can complain about the apartment features or finishes, we like all of it, especially the spacious layouts. We would have loved a little more space/green around the apartment complex, that’s a minus. There’s a swimming pool, no tennis/indoor game facilities though, would have loved if they were available. A pool table and a foldable ping pong table would be nice to have, I wish they work towards it. Last but not the least, they have an outstanding maintenance team. Prompt, courteous and helpful. Maintenance requests are completed to the resident’s satisfaction. I needed some help and I met this maintenance person around on our day 2 or three I guess, I asked him for a help and he asked ‘have you submitted a maintenance request ?’ I said no, then he was like ‘what are you doing now?’ It was a fine saturday morning and I was doing nothing, he says ‘lets go address your issues right away’ :) Now that is courteous service. Feels certainly good about this place so far, no complaints and happy. I would update this review in another 6 – 8 months based on how it feels by then. Hopefully the same way ! :)

Be careful, lease is only as good as you are willing to go to court to make them uphold. Leasing office will say anything to get signature, then not care about you. Everything looks pretty, but it is generally only skin deep. – After you are there for first lease, expect your rent to go up at least 200 $ a month. Everyone I knew there that was leaving was due to rent going up minimum 200, ours was more. – The parking issues are many, there is NOT enough parking on site, people take others assigned parking very often. – Snow removal is a HUGE issue, don’t count on having it done in the first few days after a heavy snowfall unless you do it yourself. – Expect your vehicle, if you can find a parking spot, to be peppered with advertising flyers under your windshield wipers. – There is a lot of young kids, animals, and section 8 folks running around at all hours, do not expect to get peace and quiet, very thin walls, very thing partitions between units. Hearing the folks around you use the bathroom isn’t fun. – Security is an issue, they have had home invasions /break in’s in 2012 in more than one unit. The«security» doors are propped open all the time, so there is no security. – A lot of noise from the street which is very close to most of the units with early morning trucks from all the industrial park places next door – Cell reception was ok for ATT, Better for Verizon, and Sprint not so good. Renter Beware for this location. Ended up leaving due to security issues, noise complaints, large increase in rent, and parking issues.

I have lived here for about three months, and I’ll say I’m pretty impressed and very happy that I made the decision to do so. The stuff are really friendly and quite responsive to the needs of the residents. They have all Sorts of initiatives to keep folks engaged like resident appreciation week and movies and ice cream by the pool. The apartments themselves actually quite nice and have brand-new appliances fitted each time a new tenant moves in [Which I think is crazy]. The quality of the fittings themselves is not top-notch but I think is just okay. The décor of the building in general is Mordern and the place is pretty well maintained with regular landscaping and garbage disposal so it’s quite clean. I would recommend it any day!

I lived here for a few months this year. I enjoyed it very much. The apartments are a good size with updated kitchens and appliances. The apartments include washers and dryers. There is a nice mix of people who live here, young professionals, families and singles. The one downside is the walls are VERY thin, so screaming babies and loud music will definitely penetrate into your apartment. This is a pretty big complex and they have a nice club house, pool, office and gym. All in all a good choice.
