My go to Starbucks whenever I head down to Hampton Roads to visit family or for work. About a mile from 64 and they have a drive thru. Always get my order correct and are friendly!

Super slow Drive Thru at 2pm on a Tuesday (14minutes). Same person taking orders and working the window. To top it off, the drink is warm not hot. If you’re ok with mediocre service then I’d recommend this particular Starbucks.

First review ever on Unilocal due to the worst service I’ve had at a Starbucks. Main register was broke so they had to use the register at the drive thru. I couldn’t hear anything they were saying while ordering my drinks. We ordered two drinks and only one was correct. The drink that was correct was not made well at all unless frappes are supposed to be watery. Most Starbucks I’ve been to have had much better service than this.

We stopped at this drive through specifically to try the pup cup. Unfortunately, the Manager refuses to serve puppacinos (whipped cream in a cup) and we were severely disappointed

The slowest Starbucks ever! I’ve waited over 20mins for a drink at 6am with no one else in the drive thru, or in the store. However, this past Sunday sealed the deal for me. I ordered a simple coffee and was instead given a half consumed beverage that was cold and obviously had been one of the baristas beverages.
They didn’t even apologize and then took another 5 mins to get me another coffee!
I don’t know what is going on at this store but it definitely is not what I expect from a Starbucks.

This location did not live up to the average Starbucks.
It wasn’t as clean as most of the Starbucks I have been in. The trash where you put straw wrappers was full. There were straw wrappers on the floor.
There was a problem at the register with the person in front of me so they had to open another register to wait on the line of people that had formed.
The barista was not paying attention and messed up my drink. It was minor but this rarely ever happens.
I won’t be back.

Nice big location where there is a drive thru and outside seating area. Plenty of room inside to whip out your laptops or electronic devices, relax and enjoy a cup of coffee. The baristas are friendly and cheerful.

Nice little Starbucks about 1.25 miles from the highway. Clean bathrooms and standard coffee. Service was friendly.
It’s a bit tight near the ordering line, so for those who need a cup of coffee (or two) before they become human again, PLEASE MAINTAIN YOUR DISTANCE from the other patrons. They mean you no harm, and their pleasantness isn’t purposely countering your misanthropic demeanor.
Nice outdoor seating area.
No need to stay away from this one unless you’re just categorically opposed to Starbucks.

Life is good when you can get a fresh cup of hot coffee and a pastry in the middle of February without having to leave the cozy comfort of your heated seats. Ahhh drive-​thru Starbucks… you’re too good to us!

Red cups are here. This means holiday flavors like gingerbread, peppermint and egg nog. This is a very busy S-​Bucks even though it is somewhat hidden from the main traffic. It also features a drive thru. My drink was very tasty and quite satisfying this chilly morning.

The best Starbucks in Williamsburg. The staff is really good and they are all happy instead of some where the baristas are so morose you want to slit your own wrist!

On the road for Christmas travel and was in need of a caffiene fix. This Starbucks (according to staff, not normally open on Christmas day) was open for business. A Merry Christmas indeed. Thanks Starbucks on Rochambeau Drive!
