6 pm Sun, evening restaurant was busy but not crowded.(2 adults and 17 yr. old.) Swedish crepes were good. Chicken from children’s menu was fine. Eggs requested«over light» were hardly cooked-whites were still clear and could not be eaten. Pancakes on both orders were cold. Waiter did not check back until check was presented. When advised of problems he said he was sorry. Good Luck!

It’s not a bad place at all. I enjoy iHop a lot. I went on a Wednesday night probably around 11pm. I did not expect it to be busy, but half the restaurant was practically full. There was only one waiter and one cook, which I understood things would run a tad slow. The waiter seemed new. We got our drinks after a little while waiting. We gave our order immediately. We got our appetizer in about 15 minutes. One of us got our entrée 10 mins later, and I got my entrée about 17 minutes after the appetizer. The only good thing about the food being spaced out so much is that I didn’t feel rushed and I was able to eat everything without feeling too full. I was bit irritated that the waiter didn’t understand my order. I wanted an entrée that came with two regular pancakes plus I wanted a different set of pancakes. Once I got my entrée I didn’t get any pancakes. I reminded him and within seconds I got two very large regular pancakes. Never did I get the other special pancakes as well. Then when the receipt came, the two pancakes were charged a dollar extra. The only reason I didn’t care was one dollar is not worth fighting over, plus the regular pancakes were much larger than what you normally get for a side, so I was content. It’s just a shame I wasn’t able to try the other ones as well. For dessert I ordered crepes. Sadly, they must not know how to make them. Crepes are basically really thin pancakes with other things stuffed inside them and folded up. What I got was really thin folded up pancakes with a drizzle of what was supposed to be stuffed inside them. However, four for $ 8 is a bit too much. They could easily lower the price to $ 5-$ 6. Overall it is an okay place. I love the steak tips, some of the food was off and it was just really busy in the middle of the week near midnight for some odd reason. I’ve eaten here before when it was empty and had much better service. So it depends on when the crowds hit and if they are staffed for those crowds.

This place was VERY close to our hotel, it was less than ½ a mile from it, Food was delicious, like IHOP anywhere, our waitress was nice, I LOVED it :)

My husband and I always come here, when we’re in the mood for ihop. You always find what you’re looking for in a franchise restaurant visit. Clean tables, friendly staff and the food is everything ihop offers. We definitely prefer this location over some of the others.

The service is great and without a doubt one of the best iHops I’ve ever been to. The omlettes are delicious. You need to get the chicken fajita. Incredible. The bathroom needs some work. It’s a nice atmosphere and a great place for all of your breakfast needs.

Best IHOP I’ve ever dined at. The waitress Anna was so patient with our party of 20. We weren’t rushed and surprisingly enough none of the orders were wrong. Initially the hostess heard the amount and got a little worried but the tables were whipped up in no time. As far as the good goes I can say it was fresh and hot plates. I don’t eat steak however my husband ordered the sirloin tips. Immediately I could tell they were delicious at first sight. Cleanliness, it smelled like food. Lots of breakfast food. Upon departure the workers were cleaning the windows and vacuuming. I was shocked as most Ihops are ho hum. We will be back.

Over 30 min wait on a ham and cheese omlete and hashbrowns. Ridiculous. It was about 6pm and the place was almost empty, which makes sense now. The omelet was okay and the hashbrowns were bad, half cooked half undercooked. The price was higher than I expected. The waitstaff was great only reason for 2 stars.

By far the worst dining experience ever!!! Everyone’s food was cold and terrible. This place use to have really good food but with the new management there now and with whatever they have for what they call cooks is a shame. It was so bad today, I really think that for the first time ever I have to write the corporate office to tell about what a terrible experience this was. The pancakes were so cold that the butter never melted. The hash browns were still cold as ice inside and sausage was still white were it wasn’t cooked. I shouldn’t have even paid but I didn’t want to complain there. This place doesn’t even deserve a one star!!! Do not go here! Burger King next door would have been a better choice.

Went here this morning and waited over 10 minutes for a waitress to come to our table. Waited almost another 30 for our food to be served. Don’t think I’ll be stopping here next time. The only saving grace was that the waitress was friendly.

Also great service and good food. The employees can joke with each other and not get butt hurt. Our waiter made sure we had what we needed and made sure our drinks were replenished. Our food was yummy. No complaints.

Nice place to get your cravings fulfilled. Wish this place was a bit spacious. Feels cramped if lot of folks are there.

Disappointing. Omelet was half the size that we were used to getting. Bacon was mostly fat and under cooked. Hash browns were like mashed potatoes on the inside. What made it worse was the flies inside the restaurant. They were landing in food and taking up residence in people’s hair. It was nasty. We are going to pay extra and go — anywhere else. Tourists to Williamsburg — there are many other places to eat don’t start your day off in this place.

I was reading the past reviews and today must have been a good day. When I walked in there was an elderly couple there but just me. The waitress took took me to a seat as soon as I walked in. She took my drink order while we were still walking so as soon as I sat down and got settled I had my drink. My food came just as quick. She asked if I wanted fruit on my pancakes. I said bananas and I was prepared to pay extra for them. I also requested sour cream for my eggs which I am usually charged for. She didn’t charge me for any of it. I brought it to her attention she stated it was on the house. Great service! Overall a great experience.

No issues here. Typical ihop franchise. Food was good, wait time wasn’t bad, but I went on a Monday at 10AM. Waitress was good, quick and friendly.

Dirty. Plain and simple. We only stopped here because the kids wanted pancakes for lunch before heading yo great wolf lodge. IHOP isn’t great food. I was really surprised that there was a 25 minute wait at 1:00 pm. Not a big deal. But the kids really wanted pancakes. By the time we were seated the ace was half empty. The food took forever to arrive. It was worse than usual IHOP food. You are better off eating at the walmart next door.

Once again, into the IHOP-A-Holic fray I go. Brunch today, with dear friends here. Since I pretty much order the same thing, in either the breakfast or dinner version, their Country Fried Steak with eggs/hash browns, toast, or mashed potatoes, steamed broccoli, salad and toast, today it was the dinner fare. My food was hot and cooked to order. Our Russian server(again, with the Anthony voice…“You want me make the eggs for you?”) was attentive. This IHOP is ran by the same franchisee group that runs the IHOP on Richmond road. Both are a bit worn at the edges, but this one is way cleaner than the other once. I was served a typical IHOP comfort food meal, with a pretty much clean dining room, and attentive server. This IHOP offers a Military/Vet discount. And booster seats for Uncle Paul to put the kids in. «You want me to make the discount?» Crap. I will never get that out of my head tonight. I was happy. Your mileage may vary. @Removeyourhat

If you happen to get one of their foreign waiters, you’re in for a time consuming meal. Good luck

Typical IHOP. Service was okay, food was okay, food was overpriced. You know what you are getting with IHOP.
