Wienerschnitzel

I ordered one chili cheese dog combo and one more chili cheese dog. Drove home and they fuked up my order. I live across town and would cost me more to drive back to fix it. They lost my business, which sucks cause it’s good.

These people are darn crazy!
I just had a few dogs and they were awesome, get all all beef it’s worth it.
The service was very good/​friendly.
I have had hot dogs all over and these were great, reminds me of dogs at the park which are also all beef.
I enjoy ordering and eating at an enjoyable
pace; place your order a give it a few.

I went in tonight for ice cream for the family and I was the only customer inside, but there where cars in the drive thru. I had to repeat my order so many times, after leaving me waiting for ten minutes and they still had not started on my order. Then violet walked up to me and asked if I had paid and I told her yes, and she turned around and asked the girl that was cooking if she took my order and I told violet here is my receipt and she got angry. So I told her she should have been paying attention and she started to argue with me. I told her to just give me my money back and she walked off sounding like a 5 year old saying oh god. I couldn’t believe the treatment she was giving me and so much attitude. She brought me my money and was still running her sassy mouth like a 5 year old. Several cars also went right through drive thru because they where tired of waiting. And on my way out this lady was returning her food. She was only able to do this after calling the owner because violet told her there was nothing she could do because the owner was not in. So if your food is bad, don’t talk to violet because there is nothing she can do. I have never been treated like this before, so violet must be the problem. I hope the owner solves the problem because there is a lot of other places to eat in west sacramento.

Please, please, please… update the customer service skills on the people working.
It took me literally 25 minutes from ordering to leaving (for a to go order). Here’s what happened:
I handed my credit card mid-​order, and ordered three items. The cashier, holding my credit card, said $ 12+ (way too much). I said that sounded like a lot, so she proceeded to repeat my order while swiping my credit card. Lo and behold, the order was wrong.
It was an ordeal, as the cashier and manager on duty didn’t know how to issue refunds. They then had to call the head manager at home, to just have him pay me the difference in cash and make a note of it. 15 – 20 minutes later, fine.
So now… timidly tapping my toes, waiting for my order. I see the main cashier filling out the necessary paperwork (?) for my «refund» for a few minutes, until I say «Um, about how long for me to get my order?» to which she replied «let me check.» Suffice it to say, the food had been sitting for a couple of minutes (at least… Cthulhu only knows how long it actually sat there).
I like the occasional Weinershnitzel hot dog run, but seriously…
You guys are not helping the cause of raising the minimum wage to $ 15 for these guys, based on their performance tonight.

We had never been here so we thought we would give it a try. It was ok. Nothing special but good enough for a quick dinner.

Just tried this wienerschnitzel about a month ago. Got a chili dog and chili cheese fries and like usual they did not disappoint. The chili tasted like any other Wienerschnitzel I had been to. I always forget about it since I never go on this side of west sac.

This place truly disappointed Us. We were very thrilled about trying the all new jalapeño cheese corn dog. We were extremely let down as my boyfriend bit into a cold corn dog. Yuck! We immediately brought this to the attention of the Wienerschnitzel staff. They told us they would fix it and heat the corn dog up longer. We patiently waited for roughly 10 minutes and we were served another corn dog. We were certain they had gotten it right. The staff member assured us the corn dog had been cooked at 169 degrees or some other random number. There was even a slight hole on the outside of the corn dog where the temperature might of been read. (we later thought that the hole could have been from a finger poke to check the temperature.)My boyfriend bit into the corn dog and once again it was cold. Yuck! The Wienerschnitzel staff never apologized or made us feel as though they were at fault. Wienerschnitzel you’re on our banned list until further notice.

We walked into this facility, hoping to have a nice snack. But it turned out to be a nightmare. The cashier was not friendly, she didn’t take our order correctly she forgot to include the sodas in our order. Then I went back to get 3 sodas, and she asked me if they were for here or to go? And I was the only person in
line. She was not paying attention at all. Our order consisted of 3 small fries but no ketchup then I went back to ask for ketchup and she gave me 4 packs of ketchup for 3 small fries. The whole place was dirty and didn’t look clean at all. Save yourself a trip and avoid this place.
