Just got home with my steak and cheese sandwich. Half the footlong was hot. The steak was hot and the break was fresh and hot. The other half was a cold piece of bread with cold steak.

They don’t even deserve a star. Worst subway I have ever been to. Workers have no customer service experience or experience(FOB’s) I don’t understand why this subway is even here. Don’t know how to greet customers and are very rude girls working there… Just because they Indian’s they think they can disrespect another Indian. I would not recommend anyone to go there.

My $ 8 double chopped chicken salad was soggy and I asked for the dressing on the side, yukkkk. Won’t be eating here again!!!

I see some bad reviews for this place, but I’ve always had good service here. I’ve never experienced some of the things I’ve read here, but that’s not to say they’ve never happened. People have bad days, and customers can get the brunt of that sometimes. I’ve always had courteous service, and my food always taste good! I’m a regular for sure.

A word about the pizza and it’s not just this subway but all… stay away. Are they kidding me, they actually offer that on the menu. For what? To be diverse — yuck. The pizza are already prepacked with fake cheeze. I said well, you’ll put pepperoni on this right?(looking down at the selection they pull for their BMT) Oh yes but pull it from the back. These little rounds of mystery meat. I got olives and grn peppers as well which went bouncing off the frozen dough. It comes out of the 90 second oven still white and doughy(which I didn’t notice till I got home). I had to heat up my own oven and even then… the taste was like cardboard. The only reason I tried the pizza was because this location always gets the condiments uneven and I have to instruct them everytime to push the mustand and mayo across the sandwich roll. Every time I come here I want to jump over the counter and yell«PLEASE, just let me assemble the sandwich myself !!!» Anyway, getting back to the pizza. I would have told the little girl’s parents behind not to go with their pizza order had I known and would definately speak up in the future to anyone attempting to make that mistake. As much as I hate ordering the sandwiches from this location, I would have done so had I known how Gawd awful that frozen wannabe pizza was.

i went here today after eating subway over the weekend&craving a spicy italian sub. i went with my supervisor&even though she specifically ordered tuna on white, the lady(with a thick accent) thought she meant two ham sandwiches. after i noticed the ham&cheese being piled on, i let her know&she said«i heard two ham sandwiches» and proceeded to slam the ham(teehee) back into their little bins. she was super rude the rest of the sandwich-making, asking questions with a snarl. i ordered the new chicken pizziola because it looks sooo good on their window. but guess what? after she toasted my sandwich, she wrapped it up. she said i couldn’t have toppings because«it comes with what’s in the picture». um wtf dude?! you go to subway to make your own sandwiches, not to be confronted by a sandwich-toppings nazi if you order a specialty sandwich. i just accepted it. they also charge you 60 cents if you use your atm card so i whipped out my credit card&she tried to make me push in my pin #(some type of identity-theft scheme i bet! haha) but i told her it was a credit card. my sandwich ended up being REALLYGROSSSS and it fell apart on me :(there were more tomato slices than pepperonis. my bf went there earlier&i told him my sandwich was gross&he said«it’s probably because they made it». i will never go to this one again! they are rude, don’t want you to have any toppings and charge more for atm than arco! i’m gonna drive the mile&a half up harbor to go to the other one by denny’s next time.
