I was here at 6:15am and ordered the monster biscuit breakfast boho promo. The bacon was tough as a board from being over cooked. The sausage was over cooked and black at edges. Biscuits were dry on edges. How can something be so bad so early in the morning???

Ate here 5-​18-​2015. This is the worst Carls I have ever been to. The food served was so old it had no juiciness and the patty broke apart like old cardboard.
I did my dilligence of contacting corporate. 4 days later no response, I call them and guess what… theyll get back to me.
I hope Carls shuts down, steal my money and treat me like shit. Ok, ill forward this to invester relations.

I have been coming here 3 times a week during lunch break. Food is great but I feel absolutely terrible for the employees that work here. Every time I’m at this restaurant I always hear/​see the manager/​supervisor yelling and screaming at the employees. She does this in front of customers which makes us feel a bit uncomfortable. I believe her name is Pim or Pam as the employees state. Something needs to be done about this. Other than that the restaurant is very clean and organized and I never had a problem with my order.

I had to tell them to speak english to me, otherwise, the food is always hot here, the criss-​cut fries here are better than any other Carl’s I have ever eaten at, something in the grease they use or cooking equipment, I am not sure, but it’s something I thoroughly enjoy. The drive thru window is a little tricky, big trucks beware, your going to clip the curve, drive slow big mustang owners. The interior has been remodeled to look classy, clean, and more anti fungi. The soda was a little messy, and no one cleaned the place the entire 45 minutes I was there, so that was the only reason ⁴⁄₅ stars, no attending to the cleanliness of the building, general areas where it is wet and needs to be sanitized often. Clean the place, instead of hanging out speaking spanish behind the counters, pay attention you are getting paid for service, and cleaning is service. It’s important for management to take heed to the foodies who pay attention to your business. Sorry to be critical, but I so love this place, and the food, so take care of the building, your look means a lot, especially perfectly located for travelers to grab a meal and go.

If you are looking for breakfast at 4:30 in the «MORNING», forget it, they do not serve breakfast until 7AM. Are you kidding me! WTF???

Now this promises to be useful, right?
So tonight I was FEINDING for a root beer float.
Figuring that Carl’s Jr. has hand-​scooped shakes and root beer, I figured they ought to be able to make a root beer float, right? Wrong, genius.
But you can get a large root beer and a small vanilla shake and make an OK substitute. For 5.38 $! I HATE HORMONES!
The drive-​thru attendant felt my pain. Thus the extra star, for my soul sister.
Plus, they’re A-​OK by me just for producing something that tastes like a root beer float 10 minutes till 1 am. Even if that shit was over 5 dollars. Just be glad you’re not a woman if you aren’t one.

I have tried this location three times for breakfast and I won’t be back. Service is painfully slow and the food is sloppy. When I want Carl’s Jr I drive the extra distance to the one on El Camino.

they have the best spicy chicken sandwich and i love their big burgers as well. they are affordable and have great food. i love this place. they offer great customer service and are quick to get your meal to you :)

GOOD, FAST, just the way I like it.

I’ve been to other Carl’s Jr’s before and this is the BEST one i have EVER been to. They have consistently great service and they get your order done very quickly. I have eaten here many many times over the past 4 years since I’ve moved to West Sacramento, and i have ALWAYS had a good experience here. The food is so delicious and always comes out hot and fresh. the inside lobby is always clean and pleasant to sit in, and they bring your food to the table for you and make sure you have everything you need. I don’t understand the bad reviews on here because the employees here are absolutely great and i really appreciate their great customer service.

Western bacon cheese burgers for life. They’re awful for you but hot damn they taste great

It is not often I say I am really impressed with a fast food joint. The service is always top notch when I come here, the place is always clean. The staff go out of their way to help. I don’t know about the other reviews on negative service, that has never been my experience!

Not sure what is going on with the other reviews, Thomas R. is probably a shill since he only has one review.
I am a fat guy, eat fast food regulary. I have eaten at this Carls Jr probably about 30 – 40 times. Friendly staff, they will give you a ton of ketchup if you ask, and the food is always great. The drive thru can be a little slow late night, but I have found this Carls Jr. to be consitenly fine.

I had to give this place 5 stars to counter act a 1 star vote. The food here is typical of a Carls and if you’re reading the 5 stars thinking I voted for the delicious food… you’re wrong. I worked in W. Sac and ate here many a lunch and I have to say the service here is outstanding. That’s hard to say when 90% of the time I leave a drive thru or a dine in fast food place pissed off at how horrible I was treated or how slow the service was or how wrong they got my order because idiots that don’t care about their job are working there. This place is very different. The management hires people who like their jobs and like serving. The food is normal and all the rest is normal. Oh, don’t let me forget to bash the parking lot.
