Worst falafel I’ve ever had
Very bad service.
I don’t know how’s their pizza and bagel, either way never coming back

Two stars for a pretty good bagel. Customer service gets a zero. This woman was completely rude. Short with her responses to me. The customer. I hope the owner wasn’t the guy sitting on his computer not paying attention to how this woman treated my friend and I. That tip jar is a joke. Here’s a tip. When you’re in the customer service industry, serve the customer with a smile. Maybe they’ll come back.

Probably OK but was put off by a «salad bar» sign that is actually nothing like a salad bar– you order a salad and they make it for you. (Similar to many other places where I’ve eaten salad only they call it «ordering from a menu»). Wanted to buy some cookies and asked if they had a box for them, the woman said «yes, we have these» and showed me a brown paper bag. Why bother with them when there are so many places that actually sell what they say they’re selling? The cookies looked good, though.
Update: Read the proprietor’s comment, which were well taken. Upping the stars pending another stop, but they lose w/​me for misleading signs. I actually stopped there because I thought there was a salad bar.

This place has had a major turnaround in the last year. The bagels were always delicious; but now the service is exceptionally friendly and helpful and the décor is open and inviting. The salads and multitude of flavored cream cheeses are fresh and flavorful. The pizza and prepared dishes are excellent as well. Kudos to the owner for continually working to make this establishment better and better!

Where is the owner and why does he let these low class workers ruin his business?? I witnessed this first hand while eating there, and I had to take a double take. They were pretty rude to this man and his two little kids, even after he made it clear he knows the owner. I felt really embarrassed for the man, but he acted mature in front of his kids and didn’t make a scene. Hire teenagers for god’s sake!

Tasty Kosher bagels and spreads. Delicious salads and pizza. I like that there is now a take out menu do that you can order ahead. I hope that once the staff issues get worked out it will cut down on the short wait times. Much better than the last place in this location.
