WalkOn Tile

We live in Newport Beach which is quite close to numerous tile stores in Anaheim’s «Tile Mile.» Our designer recommended we drive to LA to Walk On Tile to select tile for our master and guest bathrooms. The drive was worth every minute of traffic. Why the 5 stars?
— We’ve been to the giant tile outlets that were overwhelming. Walk On has a great selection of tile and a well done showroom featuring a variety of tiles for different design aesthetics, all without a tile depot environment.
— Walk On has a great selection of reasonably priced contemporary floor and wall tiles.
— Friendly and helpful staff. Katie listened to our preferences and provided great design assistance and alternate recommendations. She confirmed inventory, pricing and after going home with several samples Katie processed our order and arranged shipping the following day all via email.
— Unfortunately we didn’t factor enough waste into our calculations and needed 3 additional tiles. Katie immediately responded to to my email plea for help and the tile was shipped the following day. Great customer support.

WOW! I walked in trying to match a sample I had seen at another showroom, was I in for a surprise! I love the modern touches when it comes to tiles, and this place had it all. I was kindly greeted by the saleswoman, who helped me design my ENTIRE house!!!
I am so happy I found this place!

If you are set on buying tile from here (which I advise you not to do) then check and double check that they really do have what you are purchasing in stock before wasting time and energy. On more then one occasion I have had to cancel an order and go elsewhere because of lack of inventory on hand or timely replenishment. As for customer service, clear communication and ability to resolve issues, well, it’s pretty bad.

I am a designer who shops here. If you know anything about tile you know that this place has the best selection and the prices are amazing. Friendly, professional and they always have what I need in stock. Thank you Walk On for all of your help. My clients LOVE their tile!
