Non responsive and unprofessional. I have been calling his office for 2 weeks with no response. Submitted multiple website contact forms with the same result. When I finally got in touch with him he was rude and unconcern with my needs. He just cut me off and told me it would be $ 450 for him to come and look at the pool. He could not even get my name right. Strong Pass on this vendor. I would not waste your time with him.

Kevin is awesome. My boss did a complete overhaul of the pool equipment (pump, heater, cover, etc) at his house. Everything works perfectly now. We also had a custom spa cover made and that was made exactly to my boss’s specifications. We can’t say enough good things about Kevin.

We had Kevin install an electronic water leveler for our pool and we’re very pleased. He’s a competent professional who did a meticulous job that required running wires underneath travertine tiles — which he replaced perfectly. We’ll certainly call him in the future if we need any other pool work.

This company is honest, on time and truly the best! I never write reviews but KC Pools inspired me to do so. We had a pool heater out for a year and were scared to have it fixed because of the cost and fear of being oversold a new one for thousands of dollars. I called Kevin after reading the reviews on here. He had me text him pictures of the heater before hand so he could be prepared with the parts for our specific unit. He didn’t try to sell us on anything and in fact told us, if we could fix our heater, it was worth keeping and not replacing. He quoted us $ 450 after explaining what we needed. Much less than the thousands we thought it would be. After seeing the heater in person, he was able to fix it for $ 300. (Talk about honest!!) And he also fixed our timer for a discounted price along with rehanging our switch box which was coming off the wall, just to help us out. And one final thing… he came on time — which is never heard of with people coming to fix things. Kevin is the best, you can’t go wrong. I wish everyone we had to come fix things at our place was the quality of service we got with this company.

Kevin is fantastic! We had an issue with our pool pump, we gave him a call and he was out to take a look that very same day. His communication skills were excellent, clearly explaining the situation and giving us 3 option and 3 different price points. We were able to make a decision confidently and he was able to do the job the next day! He was on time, got the job done and cleaned up after himself. I would and will call him again if we have any future pool issues. I highly recommend KC Pool!

I’ve been a homeowner for over 20 years and in property management for almost as long. During that time I’ve dealt with a lot of vendors. It makes you keen on the bad ones and the good ones. Some vendors out there play on people’s ignorance to their expertise and take advantage of their clients. This was not the case with KC Pools.
I had an issue with a pool heater/​pump. I was able to send them a quick video clip of the display just to expedite the diagnosis. They pretty much knew from the video what the issue would be and was able to give me an approximate range on what the repair would cost. I totally appreciate that for the sake of saving time. I was told what the high side would be and what the low side would be and what to expect with each choice. When he ended up getting onsite the problem wouldn’t duplicate itself, so he checked it out and pressed on. The next day there was an issue after all and he came back out repaired what need to be repaired on the low side.
Bottom-​line the impression that I got from KC Pools is that they are fair and honest. They take care of business and move on to the next.

Very pleased with the fast and efficient service we recked. We were kept informed through the whole process. Would recommend them to everyone.
