Order bacon, egg and cheese mcgridle meal and ice coffee came out 10 $+ the meal was 6 $ ish how come it’s 10 $+? They tell me oh you ask for extra pump of hazelnut no? It’s 0.37c each WTF really not going back here

As Elaine Benes would say. They served me a hair with a Big Mac around it! Took a bite and there was a hair cooked in the meat! Gag!

Despite the negative reviews, the food here was hot and made promptly. The cashier was extremely nice and went beyond the regular pleasantries.
The place definitely lacked in cleanliness, including the restroom. The women’s restroom was overflowing with trash, and most of the dispensers were out of soap.
I would recommend the drive-​thru, based on this experience!

Wanted to charge me .25 cent for jelly and overcharged me for $ 1 mc muffin telling me it’s not $ 1 anymore

Just avoid this one. Wanted to get breakfast but they «ran out» … waste of my time coming here.

This place is a hit or a miss.
Early mornings you’ll have the fastest service and on point. They will get you in and out ASAP with your order correct.
But sometimes you’ll get some pretty boy looking kids that don’t give a fuck what you ordered and could careless about you because they have a job (cashier at the drive thru window) that can buy themselves a double double across the street from in n out loll. Might as well get rid of those kids and hire people that don’t mind learning customer care and want to grow with that.

I come here only because it’s close to my house. Last night I ordered chicken nuggets, and I was asked what kind of sauce I’d like. I said bbq was okay. But what’s the point of asking me what sauce I want if you aren’t even going to put it in the bag. I also ordered TWO double cheeseburgers as well and only received one. I was charged 10 dollars and change for ²⁄₃ of my order. Ridiculous. Please pay more attention. You guys work hard, so you should understand why I’d be upset spending my own hard earned money here only to not received full order.

I give them two stars for fast service, but once I got my food I realized why it was so fast. They don’t pay attention to the order. I ordered egg mcmuffin without ham and received it with ham even though the ticket on it reads no Canadian bacon. The iced coffee I ordered also came without the flavor I requested. Would not come back to this location.

this place sucks! terrible service especially since traffic is bumper to bumper, hungry go to pay for your order and they tell you that they have no change for a hundred dollars! ! omg never again store#11 865 jessica, store manager! go to in and out right down the street! perfect! !

All I want to say is gross! The bathrooms and eating area are dirty! This place needs a lift really bad! And 2 many homeless people here 2! I was there this morning and when I walked in there were flies all over. I couldn’t order, I turned around and walked out. This place needs a lot of help!

slower than a dead turtle service. they mess up all the orders. 4 cars in front of us and it took 20 minutes to reach the window and the guy doesn’t even apologize for the wait. this is the last time we will be going to this McDonald’s. oh and this happened on 8÷9÷14 @ 7:45 am. hopefully the manager sees this and makes sure they get proper training.

Came here not knowing if they were open or not because they didn’t have no signs in the window or anything.
So went through the drive through and an automated system came on saying sorry were not” then a lady came on and asked for my order lol.
She was really Spanish so I had to constantly repeat my order and had her read it back to me just in case. Yea she had it wrong but it was still fine I corrected it before it was made. Either way got some good for the night :)

It’s McDonalds — not a 5 star restaurant. The one main thing McDonalds has going for it is the universal consistency. A cheeseburger will taste like a cheeseburger whether you are in McAllen, Texas or Biloxi, Mississippi, or Albany, New York. This place is no different.
I’ve never had bad food — let me rephrase — I’ve never had my order messed up here. Let’s not kid ourselves though — this place is far from healthy. Heh, that sounds like a German word — FarFrömHealthy. But I digress…
I have seen instances of employees slacking off, socializing with themselves instead of waiting on customers, and slowness (as a result of the socializing amongst themselves). But let’s face it — most of the employees are teenagers.
Other than McDonalds getting rid of the Hot Mustard sauce (oh the humanity!), and yes, I realize that is a corporate decision, I have no complaints.

This place is super disgusting! I just found a bug in my food and the place is so dirty. By far the WORSE mcdonalds I’ve ever ate at. The lamps were crawling in bugs, that’s probably where it fell from! Don’t even bother stopping here.

Didn’t like how the medium fries are $ 2.69 i always thought it was 1.99 why so much for fries they are not royalty. The food is tasting store bought. They mixed up my bacon mcdouble with a plain one.

Manager was the rudest employee… Food was ok but customer service was bad…

This McDonald’s always manages to get my order wrong. They always fix it when I bring it to their attention, but really? I’m not being dramatic, they seriously have gotten something on my order wrong every time I’ve been here.
Also, one time I saw a manager here reaming out her employees in front of the drive-​thru, bad taste dude. I felt bad for the employee even if they DID do something wrong.
If you like surprises, go to this McDonald’s and see what they give you instead of what you actually ordered. It’s like gambling, sometimes it pays off but most of the time it doesn’t.

Can you really dislike McD’s? I know I can’t. It’s a typical McD’s, nothing fancy or out of the ordinary.
So you ask why I only give 3 stars? Like I said it’s a typical place.
