Horrible location. I’ve never actually gotten a sandwich from them, because both times, I’ve waited in line, only to leave again due to poor customer service and no sense of urgency.
Another time, we were all told that they were no longer taking cards because they had to count the money for the day. What kind of business starts counting their money BEFORE closing.
Very inconvenient.
And the attitudes coming from the workers didn’t help either.
What a waste of my lunch break.

I was in the biggest hurry and Thomas, the sandwich artist, was helping me tremendously by swiftly putting together my order and was nothing but accurate. I haven’t had a better subway experience in my life! Thomas if you’re reading this, sorry for rushing you so much. But thank you for keeping calm and working as fast as you can. Someone give this boy a raise!

I will probably never visit this subway again. I went there on my lunch and waited over 15 minutes while all the others customers were helped and were directed around me. No one wanted to assist with making a salad. A young lady named Ashley looked like she was dreading helping me and constantly was *sighing* as if I was a burden to help. No sense of urgency in this place even during their busy lunch hours. Also seemed like none of them knew how to do their jobs. I understand we all have bad days, but at the end of the day they are being paid to do a job and hopefully to do it well.

I went to this subway because I was told they had gluten free bread. And they did. The service was amazing they took my allergy very seriously changed gloves. Brought in an allergy knife. I was very happy. When I ate my sandwich the bread was so good. Very light and soft. I had not been able to eat at subway for 3 years since I found out I had my allergy and I just want to take the time to thank this subway for being considerate to those who have food allergies.

Arrived in the afternoon and they seem severely understaffed. Quite a few of the ingredients needed to be replenished, which means they had been sitting there for quite some time. My chicken was not heated up and the guacamole seemed powdery, the complete opposite of what guacamole should be like.
I absolutely did not enjoy my meal here. If looking for a quick sandwich, I will now being visiting Jersey Mike’s or Togo’s for my sandwich needs.

Damn my sandwich was delicious today. Maybe because I was starving? Who knows… service was ok. A couple newbies. One girl counted how many olives, cucumbers she was putting on until I told her take your hand grab a handful and spread it out. No need to count how many veggies since I’m already paying 9 bucks for a footlong. Bread was fresh like a new pair of shoes!

I am new to Unilocal but decided to start here because I had the best experience ever. I took my 3 year old grandaughter here because she really wanted broccoli soup. Terrel helped me and was so friendly. I also loved his English accent! I ordered my sandwich and the babies’ soup. When I got to Natalia, the cashier, she informed me that they were out of soup. The manager, John, went out of his way to make it just for her when they saw her little sad face. He further brought it to our table and Natalia even came out and brought her extra crackers and engaged her in polite conversation about her own daughter (the same age) The place was so busy and they didn’t have to go out of there way for my grandbaby… but they did.
The place is clean and the customer service was excellent. I was very appreciative and surprised. Great job management, you have some outstanding employees.

1 star all because of service.
I don’t expect someone to deliver me superior service at a Subway, but when the guy making my sandwich stops the line because he wants to clock off 20 minutes early, then I’m mad.
Mixed my sandwich up with this young boy next to me. His father proceeded to yell at us because they skipped his sons sandwich and continued with mine. I totally understand his frustration, but I get the butt of his frustration because I have no idea what they’re doing back there.
There should be no reason that people like that should work when there are 1,000 people hungry for his job and have no problem staying THEIR FULL SHIFT.
Never coming back there again.

Otherwise, all the other occasions that I’ve been here. it has been awesome. It was just this one time with one particular new girl that I cringe and am debating on whether I want to come here on the weekends now.

Honestly I used to work at Subway and this subway tries to trick you into thinking they can’t do certain things. Or weird extra charges. If you order on the app and it tells you to go in at 2:45 they will literally start making it at 2:40 even if there are no other customers and you’re waiting for your food inside the store. They’re super rude here. Also there stuff doesn’t look fresh.

I asked for a clean knife before the guy cut the bread. He argued with me that it was clean but I saw food smudges on both sides of the knife blade. I had to insist before he took the three seconds to do it while it looked like he was complaining to a co-​worker & they started starting at me. Second, We ordered a flatbread sandwich and was only going to get cheese & lettuce. We asked to get s little more cheese since we were not getting any other veggies & they tried to upcharge. I wouldn’t think a trade off of two pieces of cheese to all the veggies was too much to ask. Other subways are much more accommodating. We should of went to our normal one.

This is the absolute first subway ive been to that has a public restroom! And the best part is that it was clean! Wows, right? Im very pleased by my visit today. The girl at the register had great customer service (she should work at a sbux) and i like that this subway has those adjustable glass windows that collasps and converts into a cover to keep their ingredients on the counter staying fresh. I go to subway quite often and i never thought one really stood out positively until today. Hope this chain stays this way forever !

I’ve never been to a subway where I was so rushed even when there’s no one else in line but myself. The guy there was really nice. But the girl at the register wasn’t at all customer service material.
Her name is Marissa. She has tattoos on her arms which in my opinion isn’t professional. She was rude from the start. She was rushing my and family and I for no reason. She talked with an attitude. And to top it off, didnt even give us a thank you have a nice day. How welcoming is that?
I will definitely not be coming here again. Why spend my money on a store that isn’t worth it.

there are always 2 middle aged women here in the mornings making your sandwiches that LOOOOOVE gossiping with each other, about their baby daddies. about their ex husbands, and about the customer’s exhubands. trashing their exes and their exes family with each other and customers.

Honestly, I can’t believe this place has such low reviews.
Everyone I encountered was friendly and courteous, including the General Manager. The location was clean, albeit on the smaller side, and it was fairly busy when I went in.
My sandwich was delicious, although it is kind of hard to mess up a standard Meatball Sub.
In short, I was happy with my sandwich, which is really almost all that matters!

You really can’t complain about a bad tasting sandwich when you’re the one that created it!
I didn’t add enough mayo or olive oil and vinegar… something! I don’t like is a dry sandwich. My bad. Also don’t toast the cold cut combo.
This location is pretty small. About 5 – 6 tables. The employees were friendly. They had their sandwich line set up really organized and they pumped out sandwiches like a conveyer belt.
They’ve got the $ 5 6 inch sandwich combo going on… chips and drink.
Sorry guys, I accidentally threw my tray away in the trash. You were nice about it. =)

I came here early in the morning to grab a sandwhich to take for my lunch at work. The staff here were really friendly and helpful (at 9am the place was empty). The fixings were fresh. It is subway, so I don’t expect anything fancy or wonderful. I just hope for «ok.» Really, the sandwhich was «ok.» No complaints. If I need a quick, cheap basic sandwhich, I would come back.

My diet has started!
I went with a person that wants to diet and ended up here.
We split that foot sub that has apples mixed into a salad on wheat buns.
I was going to try that sub someday. preferably when i begin to enjoy bland food.
It kinda filled me up. I drank a dozen refills of lemonade to help fill up the remaing ¾ of my starving stomach.
How the heck do people on TV say they loose 20 or 30 pounds in this place, when I can barely survive one meal and not loose an ounce?
I can see this is going to be a long diet effort!!!
Why the two stars? Because they don’t really listen when you say a little of this or a lotta that…
