I ordered a toasted blueberry bagel with cream cheese. What I received what a cold but toasted blueberry bagel with cream cheese. How do you toast a bagel yet leave it cold? My guess is that I was given an old toasted bagel. I’m never going here again.

I really the look and feel of this bagel/breakfast place. Yeah, it doesn’t have the most modern décor in the world, but what matters most(to me) is the food. I have to say, I’ve had quite a few New York style bagels in my day and this place is great in my book. The best part about the business is the fact that it’s an independent, local restaurant. I do hope them continued success in the future and from the sign that greets you when you walk in, it looks like 20 years since its beginnings. I will recommend this bagel joint to my friends that are near the town center area.

3 stars for the quality, selection, lack of good coffee This place is really small and cute but that doesn’t make it awesome. A solid selection of bagels and flavored cream cheeses. The major issue I have is the coffee. I personally accepted it though it was certainly not the worst I’ve ever had — below average I guess. I found no fresh half/half, milk of any variety, or other flavorings. I really disliked the little warm containers of Mini-Moo Half n Half and if there was fresh cream or milk I didn’t see it nor offered it. Seating is limited. Lots of parking.

This was my first time here… And it won’t be my last!!! Hands down best bagel place I’ve ever been to. They don’t skimp on the cream cheese. And they have new flavors to choose from that I’ve never heard of. They also have delicious donuts and macaroons(which are my absolute fav!). I’ll definitely be returning very soon! If only I lived closer. Definitely worth the drive though. This French toast bagel is spectacular. and I can’t forget about the amazing staff. They were so helpful and friendly, not to mention patient with this first time customer. True love at first sight.

I just happened to be taking care of some business in the area with my bank and realized I hadn’t eaten all day. Next door and see the bagel sandwich shop so I just saw the stop and see exactly what they had. I am so glad that I walked into this place. The location was very clean and the staff was also friendly. Sandwich I had was awesome. Tasted fresh and did not overpower the filling. Bipolar regret is that I don’t live closer to this place cuz I would be in there every morning getting a breakfast sandwich. However when I am close I will stop and get a sandwich

First visit since new ownership. I ordered the«usual»: ham, egg and cheese on a honey wheat bagel. Received paper thin 2″ square slice of ham, ¼″ layer of egg, on a surprisingly flavorless bagel. Major disappointment to say the least. I grabbed a chocolate peanut covered donut just on its looks. Excellent. The items in the pastry case looked wonderful. A 2013 «usual»: Several ham slices, ½″ egg layer, on a delicious bagel. Perfection!!! Previous owners set the bar quite high. Friendlier service than 2013 but I won’t be back for a bagel sandwich. Pastry, perhaps.

Best bagel ever! I used to be a huge panera lover and now saying that is an insult to the bagel mecca that is bagels n more. I received a roasted tomato bagel toasted of course, with vegetable cream cheese. Wow, a perfectly soft inside with a slightly crunchy exterior was what I needed. Then the veggie cream cheese had chunks of real vegetables and was seasoned to perfection that I never knew a cream cheese needed. The more you know right? And return I shall.

I was thoroughly disappointed. This place used to be great for getting a sandwich. Not anymore. It was not busy and it took at least 5 minutes for me to be acknowledged. I tried ordering something that no longer existed. Just my preference, but if you no longer have it don’t put it on the menu. I ended up ordering a bagel with tuna. The tuna was awful! It had a peppery, vinegar taste to it and frankly was very off putting both in taste and appearance. It lacked any type of mayo. The bagel I got was just ok. At least it was editable. So, for a bad tuna bagel and a medium drink it cost $ 8 and some change. I could have gone to jimmy john’s next door and got a much better meal for less money. Will not be ever coming back here again. Bagels N More has definitely changed!

I’ve always loved this placed it my first clue that something had changed was there wasn’t a line put the door. I ordered my usual chicken salad and fountain drink. For two this came to over $ 16 without any chips or side. The bagel sandwich that arrived at our table was so small. I’ve bought mini bagels at the grocery store this size. Don’t think we will be back.

Found this place after my friend and I didn’t want to wait 30 minutes at a prior restaurant. Good selections of bagels and sandwiches. Had the egg, cheese, and sausage on bagel. Decent taste, added a lil Texas Pete for some spicy flavor. Fast service, clean location.

This place used to be the best in town. Ever since new management took over it has slumped. I used to go here at least once a week. Last time I was there, a homeless man was inside asking every person in line for money. That was three months ago, haven’t been back since. It’s a shame.

I met my partner here for the 1st time & we have been together going on 9 years now! Every time we go we get all giddy bc it brings back memories & also the great freaking bagels. If u want the onion bagel make sure u get their early they seem to run out really quick of them. Breakfast Sandwich bagels are really good & u can’t beat the price either! All around a great bagel shop!

This store used to be the best bagel store in town. However, it obviously came under new management. The food now is terrible. Avoid eating here — any bagel place is better than this one.

I won’t be returning. Ordered an everything bagel with veggie cream cheese and couldn’t eat but 3 bites because how ridiculously salty it was. The coffee was so so but no cream or milk available. What I will give them is very friendly and fast.

It can be tough to find really good bagels. And if you think that Einstein’s or Bruegger’s are the best there is, you can move along right now. Bagels N’ More has good quality bagels. Light and crusty outsides with fluffy and chewy insides, they are perfect for that shmear of cream cheese. These are the kind of bagels that you don’t need to toast — they’re perfect just as they are. Sliced and topped and ready to go. I had a cheddar cheese and egg on an everything bagel and it was five stars. Coffee was decent as well! Good traffic of local cops coming and going which is always a good sign.

Love this place! It’s not close to where I live, but I make the trip anyway because they never disappoint. I’ve never been early in the mornings, but I’m sure it’s crowded at that time since it’s normally crowded when I go(between 11 – 12:30). I always order an everything bagel toasted with plain cream cheese. The ONLY complaint I have is that they LOAD on the cream cheese. I’m talking I could use the cream cheese from one bagel for about 5. Even times where I’ve said«a little» cream cheese it’s always a lot. Last time I went, this past Sunday, they actually had a sign that said that they were listening to customer complaints and starting to put less cream cheese and that if you wanted more to let them know. I thought that that was super awesome! They obviously really care about their customers! However, when I got my bagel there was still A LOT of cream cheese, but I’ll give them a chance to implement the new idea before I judge them too hard.

Amazing bagel spot! I’m so happy that I found this place. Their bagel menu is extensive and delicious. Their breakfast(and lunch) menu doesn’t stop there though. There is literally something for everybody. Their cinnamon bagel is by far my favorite. It’s the perfect breakfast choice!

Really great bagel joint in VA Beach. Low prices, decent service, and delicious food make this a perfect spot to swing by for breakfast. There are quite a few places to sit in the dining area, but it is more of a grab and go type restaurant. Protip: They tend to go heavy on the cream cheese or other spreads, if you are like me and don’t enjoy that too much, ask them to go light!

Bagels N’ More has been at this same location for about 275 years or so… and until today, I had never stopped in to say hi! How could I have overlooked this place for so long? This was a breakfast stop for me, the friendly and helpful person taking my order suggested sausage, egg, and cheese on their Everything bagel, and I almost jumped at it until I saw it: Four Cheese and Bacon bagel! Yes, bacon!!! How can that be wrong, especially before noon? I added a large coffee to my order($ 6.71) and sat down while my bagel was freshly prepared for me. The dining area is spacious, light, airy, and clean, all in all a great place to grab breakfast and catch up on Facebook(or, of course Unilocal reviews…). Bagels N’ More is dangerously close to Town Center but, being the elder statesma, does not seem to suffer from the false pretension that goes on at TC. In fact, the whole place seems to have that Virginia Beach vibe to it and would be right at home on the oceanfront(or better yet, up on Chic’s Beach!!!). One word about technology in general and smart phones in particular. Don’t use them while you are ordering or paying. Apparently this will turn the smiles of the friendly staff completely upside down, and you are warned by signage no fewer than 3 times from the time you enter the front door until you place your order.(Side note, it would be an interesting UYE to get several of us together and walk in separately, each on the phone or texting while ordering… just to see how long it take for them to go ballistic). In a few moment, my breakfast bagel was brought to my table. It was exactly as you would expect and was prepared perfectly. The sausage had just a touch of kick to it but nothing too spicy at all. The cheese was nice and gooey, and the bagel… well, did I mention that the word ‘bacon’ is in the description of the bagel? ‘Nuff said…
