It has been years since I have been in a Toys R Us and today I came here to find a select item. This is an ok store if you are looking for something different or a special toy. I gave this particular store a mark down because it was dirty and understaffed. The whole store seemed to be in chaos mode with no one around to help.

Love this store! An employee named Eric was so helpful to me today and the previous times I’ve shopped there! I had awful experiences at the Thousand Oaks store but love this store and their employees! Great customer service, always someone available to help! Props to Eric!!!

customer service is great and i always find what i’m looking for. My family has been coming here since early 90s. The guys are always smiling and super helpful. never rushing us out if we come at almost closing time! They’re very well informed with their products. A+

SO as some toys are exclusinve to toys r us makes me made cause after having to wait over 30mins to just get someone to answer the phone pisses me off. then to have them hang up makes it worse, call back again and wait 10mins+ to get a answer to be placed on hold because of course they don’t know the answer. then to top it off when he came on the line he couldn’t even remember what I called to begin with and had to ask all over again. Poor customer service makes me hate shopping and doesn’t keep me in the spirit for the season at all.

last time i went i would of totally given this place a 5 star review. i bought a old school bmx scooter online and it was missing parts. took it to the store and this guy comes out of the back like a super hero and seriously spends 30 minutes finding the pieces for me. Micheal, youre the only good thing about the store. and don’t use bit torrent no matter what they say, its bad news. So, the girl at customer service tonight at 9pm, you’re rude, unfriendly, not pleasant or personable and you have no business working at a toy store with all that ugliness, let alone at customer service because you arent capable of providing it. go stock a shelf and stay away from customers or count inventory in the back. I would rather ring myself up at a self check out then have to deal with you ever again.

They have miss-marked prices everywhere you get excited thinking you have a deal get to register and they fight you on not letting you have it for marked price. Dear manager who treats your customers in a condescending manner… You should know Businesses that intentionally post false prices or that otherwise engage in bait-and-switch pricing can be liable under federal and state consumer-protection statutes. I will be contacting your corporate office to resolve this issue.

Its the only toys r us close so i have to deal with the people that work there girls at the register should focus more on being friendly and not cussing around my children and talking about personal related drama. No one offers to help and i always have to flag down someone on the sales floor to get help with toys. Also prices are always wrong sale price items don’t always show on the register.

I have to give praise and also APOLOGIZE to this store. I went in today and raised hell at the cash register bc there was a tiny misunderstanding over a kids bike. It’s 3 days before Christmas, I hate shopping, I don’t like crowds… And I was the ghetto nightmare customer that every sales person hates during Christmas. But Kira at the register handled herself very well. She was poised, patient and explained their store policy about out of stock items. And was gracious enough to assist further by getting her manager. Who was also very nice and professional, and was more than accommodating to me. I’m sorry I was horrible to you guys. And a big Thank You to you both for your help. My son loves the bike! Totally exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this location.

today was the first time i ever had a very bad experience at toys r us:(! from the time we walked in it felt like we were being rushed ! i could not believe it! the manager seemed like he didn’t want to be there ! we made our purchase and our 2 year old wanted to ride on the ride in the entry way! so as my husband puts her on, a employee comes out an tells us we only have a few minutes! in not a so nice way! i could not believe it ! the manager stood watching us in the door way really ! its toys r us! a kid friendly place were a kid can be a kid ! well i think not:(well i really hope they can get it together and remember what good old customer sevice is really about ! it is us the consumers that make it all happen ! they need our business ! a word of mouth goes a long way!

The only Toys R Us around so you really don’t have a choice. I’m just so surprised this store is always so empty. I’m not really sure how they make a profit outside Christmas season. I have found some pretty neat stuff here and the place is pretty clean. The prices are average and you won’t find any great discounts often.

Saw that a Taboo game was in the clearance section. Was really excited because mine had just recently broken. It said 28.99 which was on the shelf sticker with the clearance tag over it. We went to scan & saw that it was the current price. Asked an associate who asked me to show where it was. I showed him & he said this wasn’t supposed to be there & he apologized. I understand he really couldn’t do much & it would have been different if the box was just misplaced but it had a place holder & everything. After this going to check out with my other purchase, I have never felt so ignored in a check out lane in my life. The lady before me was having a little longer transaction & all the other cashiers disappeared after ringing their customers. I left without the purchase because I was not very happy with my visit.
