Supercuts

Haircut wasn’t that bad, the service is pretty much the opposite of what I expect for a barbershop/​salon etc. The lady paying when we walked in was having problems using her gift card, the stylist stood there visibly annoying while repeating «the computer says it’s not accepting it. Didn’t ask to see the card, or anything, just stood there while the lady swiped it about 5 times, gave up and paid with a CC». On to our haircuts, we told the stylist who greeted us we were after 2 haircuts, one for me and one for my son. She went ahead and cut my son’s hair, then there was the awkward pause and I was like uhhh I still wanna get my hair cut as well. She yells to the back, out comes stylist #2, visibly annoyed as well at being tasked with work. She asks what I want, then has me find it in a book, we settle on a style. As soon as I plant myself in the chair, she resumes asking me how I want my hair cut. «Like the picture» isn’t the right answer, I have to repeatedly tell her how long on the top, on the sides etc. I mention I don’t really care, just shorter please. She stops repeatedly to ask more questions till I’m at the point where I would have shaved my own head just to leave if the clippers were in reach. I get that customers are picky, and it’s a difficult job at times. I would bet that I said «About half of how long it is now» probably 10 times over the course of the haircut. Entirely more annoyance than it’s worth. I was extremely clear that anything near half of it’s current length would have been acceptable, but no, we had to play 50 questions.

Go here if you want to get ripped off. Better yet, take your business somewhere else. I was warned but decided to try them anyway. Big mistake. $ 17 to trim the ends of my hair! Seriously? Oh and make sure you give exact change! I gave a $ 20 and they gave receipt showing $ 3 change… but gave no change to me! Apparently it was an involuntary tip. I walked out of there appalled — and determined to tell others so they can avoid this rip off place.

After getting horrible cuts from GreatClips for quite some time, I decided to try Supercuts. Stylist Bri cut my short spiky hair beautifully! I have not been this pleased in a very long time. I shall return.

I decided to give this place another chance about two months ago as I’m a creature of habit (and I just didn’t like some other places where I got my hair cut). I gotta say I’m pretty impressed with the turn around. Almost all of my previous complaints have been taken care of. There are quite a few new staff, but they are very friendly and skilled at cutting hair. What I like best is they’re not pressuring you to buy products you don’t need. I only gave them a four stars this time but a couple of my visits have easily been fives.

The stylists here know how to cut my hair. I never am disappointed in my cut. They are friendly and very great at what they do. My partner and I go here for our cuts always!

This is a walk-​in salon. You can not make appointments weeks in advance, but if you call in you can make an appointment for the same day. This is key because it will save you time sitting in queue and waiting for your turn. Totally key for making this a quick easy experience.
We were in twice in one day; early morning and late afternoon. We had a great experience both times. My daughters needed trims only, nothing too spectacular, but important nonetheless. We were all treated great and the girls were very pleased with their cuts.
The shop is clean, comfortable and the staff is friendly and efficient. This was a great stop and we will likely be back. TIP: They have a punch card to earn discounts in the future.
