I scheduled an appointment with Lori for my daughter after seeing a lot of really strong positive reviews. Used the on-​line scheduler, which I thought was super convenient. I provided both a home and work phone number for contact. When I showed up for my appointment, Lori was in the middle of what was obviously a big job on another customer (said it would be at least another half hour before she finished), and told me my appointment had been cancelled. She said she’d sent me an email notification. I never received an email from her (even checked my spam folder once I got home) and I didn’t receive a call at either of the contact numbers I provided. While I understand how conflicts can arise, the lack of communication was distressing and incovenient for me, hence the one star; I have no idea how skilled a stylist or colorist she is so can’t comment on that.

Super friendly gal! After having a horrific experience elsewhere, she made me look like a lady again. Will definitely be back and will definitely refer everyone I know! Wow, what an amazing job :) super pleased!

Wow! Karli is amazing! She did an absolutely amazing job on my daughter’s hair. A perfect red on red Ombré. She is so fun and talented. Don’t go anywhere else for color!

LOVED my color, cut and style! Karli knows what looks good on you. She takes her time, to do excellent work on my hair, I have had so many compliments! She greets you with a smile, and listens to what you want, then she asked if I was opposed to an idea. She wanted to do an ombré on me and I absolutely loved it! She loves what she does and it shows. She is a true hair artist.

I met Karli when I moved to town a year ago and feel so lucky I found her! She’s done short cuts and medium cuts and various colors for me. I’m very picky and yet every cut and color I get is beautiful and I can replicate the style myself for months because the cut is done so well. I have thick hair and she knows just what to do. She is a talented artist, listens to what you want and aims to please. It also helps that she is extremely sweet and a very cool person! Highly recommended.

I went to someone else… the cut was ok, but the color was nothing to what i told Karli i wanted.
Great Clips would have listened better.
Not worth the free cut n color, nor the weird place.

I love this chick! I go back time and time again because I always feel better and prettier when I leave. I never really know what I want to do next with my hair so I always trust in her craft and have never been disappointed. She is not pushy but not afraid to offer her humble opinion as well. I’ve always thought that you can gauge how good a beauty expert is by their personal canvas and with Karli, what you see is what you get. Highly recommended!

Karli did my hair and it looks fantastic! She was so nice and knew exactly what she was doing. I would recommend her to anyone. She made my hair look exactly how I imagined it to look and gave me lots of great tips on how to maintain it. She is amazing!!!

I have had so many bad experiences with hairdressers until i came to Karli. She is amazing. I’ve been a client for years. She’s had me blonde, red, blue black and so many different styles.
