I really want this place to be good since it’s close to my house. I’d rather go the extra couple of miles to Home Depot than deal with the terrible customer service here.

On 4-6-2016 I purchased some bolts and a hack saw, since they didnt have my exact size of bolts i needed. Furthermore i was shorted $ 2 on my change. As far as the hack saw goes, i didnt even unwrap it. Upon returning to the store the manager instructed me that at the bottom of my receipt it said no returns on tools, at the counter at the regester its posted that the store will happily return an item so long as a register receipt accompanied the item. This wasn’t the case, he refused to return the item, even after I pointed out the posting on the counter. As far as being shorted on my change, this man refused to fix the issue.(I should of counted my change before I left the store, since I paid with a $ 100 bill) But it seams there is a problem with posting 1 thing, then putting another on a receipt once the transaction is over. I will never shop here again

So. I see that the store itself has a few negative reviews. This review is specific to the Auto Licencing nook in the rear of the store. These nice ladies spend their days stuffed into a space about the size of an apartment bathroom. If they both exhale at the same time, someone’s gonna get hurt. The main differences between the main office and these satellite outlets seem to be– A– you are going to pay an extra 5 dollars. B– you are going to save a lot of time and stress. We walked in with the title, basically not knowing what or where to sign. Needed new plates too. These nice folks took care of everything cordially, patiently and it all took about 6 minutes. When I first moved up here and picked up plates and tags at their main office, it took me 45 minutes and they weren’t dogging it. I’ll trade 40 minutes and free parking for 5 bucks anytime. When they found out it was my daughter’s first car(believe me, she told the world that day), they gave her a plate that ended with her birth year. That was very, very nice. Best 5 bucks I’ve spent in quite awhile.

Excellent selection of pretty much everything I have ever come in hunting for… Only once was I stumped and had to resort to going to the Depot. Nice people and they are open good hours. I recommend here and don’t agree with the negative comments — which is why I am actually writing a review.

Totally agree with all the negative customer service posts. I asked for help finding something and the guy told me «it’s not on this isle». Customer service is nonexistent.

Horrible customer service and they don’t honor sales. Won’t shop there again.

Horrible. Won’t take returns after 30 days. Would rather see you throw it away than give even store credit. Not a green store at all. Go down the road to Home Depot, much better.

My experience at this local hardware store today was thoroughly unprofessional and disappointing. The woman at the counter with short curly blonde hair(sadly I didn’t stay long enough to get her name) was incredibly rude and belittling. I headed to this store to get several keys copied. The store is fairly small, with a lot going on, so after a quick visual inspection upon entering, I addressed the two associates at the counter, inquiring if they made keys. The lady glanced toward their key machine and rudely asked, «What do you think that is?» She continued to ask if I had a lot of keys to cut, as if I was being an incredible bother by interrupting her. Given the negative way she had addressed me I decided to go elsewhere with my business, instead of staying to endure more of the unpleasant company.
