Jack In The Box

Never again! Horrible, brown, wilted salad. Terrible service. Every table was filthy and food all over the floors. The kitchen area was even worse. To top it off, it was so cold like the heat was not on at all. I was told that they were short staffed when 15 minutes after our order was taken, we had to ask about my son’s milk shake. Never again!

Drove from San Fran heading home to North Vancouver, BC and stayed in Quality Inn next door. Walked in at 10pm with both doors open. Who ever was on charge on Mon Feb 23^th Marcus Libner so called general manager told me that the lobby was closed and to go thru the drive thru? 1 Really? So K did and she did not take my order. I heard her verbally abuse a Spanish decent lady telling her ‘its your fault he got in because you did not lock the doors’!!!Really Jack off and the Box? Shame on your management staff for treating your customers like this. I will never eat at any Jack and the Box ever again and do my best to tell e every on I know as well! Period. 18 585 224 617 people to make a complaint!

Wow! How hard is it to get an order right? We used to eat at this location once a week, but with the service and quality control of late, we have only been once in the last 3 months. I tried it again last week, hoping it would be better. They didn’t even give me what I ordered! And they were rude on top of that. So, sorry, Jack… we won’t be eating there again unless major changes are made!

I came in late at night and I don’t think the guy even understood what I was ordering because when I got to the window he told me he needed to add more to the bill. I payed for everything I bought so far so good! I got home and realized the burger I ordered had brown lettuce and the bun felt like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for at least 20 minutes. I was not a happy camper but this location is way better then the one by 78^th street.

In terms of fast food burger places this is a pretty good spot. Got the $ 4.99 blt burger combo and it was pretty meaty and tasty. At mcdonalds down the street you couldn’t get a skimpy big mac for 5 bucks. If you don’t believe me about the skimpy comment just look at the protein figures on the nutrition, the big mac has 25 grams of protein versus 38 for this blt burger. I also got their jack’s spicy chicken sandwich and it was fresh and good for a fast food spot. I got the «premium blt chicken» combo at mcdonald’s across the street last week and it was $ 7.39 before tax and the chicken patty filled like half of the stale bun. Jack in the box also serves breakfast all day so that always comes in handy.

Seriously if you know me, you know I could eat here everyday. This location just sucked overall, I come here from time to time and there is this one girl that is just so dense! she gets my order wrong allllll the time!
The heat was on in the restaurant and on TURBO HIGH or something it felt like my face was melting off. It was so high i could smell it! SHEESH!
Bathrooms were so gross…
the list goes on!

C’mon. Its a jack in the box.
Last time I got something here I ordered extra lettuce. What I got was a sandwhich that looked like it had been dissected (bun was ripped) and extra lettuce shoveled in. Had at least a half cup of mayo on it.
Tasted great, also loved the sloth-​like slowdown that followed.
