The service is terrible and the food ew the food discussting in my opinion all i like was the desserts

The atmosphere is always nice and the lemonade is yummy, which is why it gets two stars. However, I can cook better food for less at my own home. There are no vegetarian options on the menu, so I’ve had to order off the menu grub which would be okay if there wasn’t bacon in it still! This was not a miscommunication but simple disregard or care given. Much better suited to meat-​eaters who want standard american food.

I really like this one. The management seems to care. Last time we went my wife ordered the shrimp wonton stir-​fry. It didn’t say on the menu that it was spicy, but when it came out it was, but my wife does not do spicy so she sent it back and order soup and salad instead which was fine by her. The manager came over and apologized for the issue and made sure the charge was not on the bill and gave a free desert. I had the loaded brisket enchiladas which were OK, but not my favorite thing on the menu (wanted to try something new, but was not all that great). We started with the crispy bean appetizer which we really like. Overall I think Applebee’s is a good place to go. Food is good, prices are fair, service is usually pretty good. I especially like the little machines on the tables, but just wish they would get rid of the annoying games and expand what you can do with them. Seems they could save some money for themselves and improve customer satisfaction by letting you just order everything from the machine and pay through the machine. What I would love is basically you put in your orders and someone delivers them unless you flag help to figure something out.

Pleasantly surprised to say that this visit was on point! Complete turn around. Wonderful staff, food was quick and tasty. Happy hour deals are a plus. Happy to be proven wrong.

I wish it’s a better Applebee’s since it’s the closest to our house. But this branch can’t handle a busy service. Got a dry burned chicken. I’ll go drive further down the 78^th branch at hazel dell

The staff is friendly but busy and the customer is usually neglected as a result. The food is usually average at best. I’ve had my share of two for twenties and the value is there. You just need to stay away from anything beyond normal burger joint foods. Burgers=good. Fried foods=good. Salads=good. Steaks=risky. Rice based dishes =no-​no. I go here for convenience.

Don’t eat here if you have a true gluten allergy. Even when you check with their allergy «menu», it is not enough. I had the Fiesta Chicken and 10 min later I started getting the initial signs of eating gluten. 10 more minutes and I was clutching my stomach in severe pain. I got the manager to reverse the charge for my meal but he had no clue what part of my meal caused the problem.

My wife and I stopped in for lunch on October 9. We both ordered the clubhouse Grill. We have ordered the sandwich many times in the past but this particular one was terrible, The meet was very fatty and difficult to chew. The portion of french fries that came with it has been greatly reduced, and were cold.
This is unfortunate we’ve seen Applebee’s quality and customer service diminish over the past couple of years to the point we will no longer eat in Applebee’s. Unfortunately it is not specific to this restaurant we’ve eaten at a number of Applebee’s over the past six months and then disappointed in everyone of them.
I will no longer recommend Applebee’s for any lunch dinner or anything else for that matter

The food was okay but the service was poor. Our server was very nice but we observed several tables of people who were seated 15 – 20 minutes after we were seated get their food before us. Needless to say it will be a while before we come back.

Applebee’s is always awesome and dope every time you go there. The food is awesome and the overall energy of being at Applebee’s period is dope!!!

Worst ever. The rice was too sweet the caso was way way spicer than usual. So spicy we couldn’t eat it. Prices went up and portions went down. We had to go to McDonald’s after… Horrible! Don’t eat here, save the money and frustration.

Food is good, easy to take kids there. They do balloon animals on Tuesday nights. Had the adult Mac n cheese with chicken– too sweet for my likings.

The staff was nice, friendly and place was clean. The food was decent not the best but not the worse.

THE WORST SERVER EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD!
I had just gotten out of the hospital. I had no makeup on, hair was disheveled, and was still not feeling very well. My husband and I were hungry after a long evening in the ER however, so we stopped by on the way home for a bite.
Dinner was okay; some Happy Hour and a burger. I got up to use the restroom at the end of our meal and came back to the table to find a server (who was not our original server) obviously irritating my husband.
I asked what was going on. My husband just kept saying to the guy, «Seriously dude, just go away». I asked what was happening and the idiot server replies laughing, «I’ll just be honest here, I thought you were his mom». WTF?!?
My jaw was literally dropped. My husband then says, «Seriously. You need to go now», to the guy, but he sticks around hurling more insults! The server says to my husband, «You must dye your hair then. Right? Do you dye your hair? I’m just being honest here, guys age way better than women, am I right?» As if he was expecting a high-​five from my husband!
I immediately walked out. I just can’t even wrap my brain around how such an idiot can get hired for a place like that, let alone, who the hell his own mother was that raised him.
Still in shock and really angry.
Will NEVER go to this Applebee’s again. Unbelievable.

I am do impressed with the healthy choices on the menu! I had steamed spinach, grilled Salmon with artichoke sauce (not too much) and roasted potatoes and asparagus. It was so good! Kudos!

For Father’s Day my Dad’s choice was Applebee’s this year. It was busy when we arrived as expected. We waited for short period for a booth along the window.
Not that their is a view cause their is not, we would be just looking at the McDonalds next door but we like booths.
Our party opted for the 2 for $ 20.00 deal that includes 2 entrees and 1 appetizer to share.
We ordered 2 of the 3 cheese Mac and Cheese with the mozzarella sticks for our side and Dad & Mom ordered the Fiesta Chicken and two salads. The food was prompt, but we sent back the two Mac and Cheeses as they came out cold.
The Fiesta Chicken was ok except, what is with all the colored tortilla chips all over the plate. I understand the texture thing, but was way over done.
Service tried the best they can but…
All in all I’ll talk my Dad out of going here again if possible.

Amazing service from Lauren and Kylene– these two ladies know how to help you have a great evening out! Great service, with a smile, witty, definitely enjoying their job. So glad we made the trip out of the house this evening.

Service was quick and unprepared. Meal was about as expected with a twist. I asked for no bacon on my four cheese Mac n cheese (pictured with large bacon pieces). No problem. It shows up and eating it I discover small bits of bacon mixed into the dish.
I say to the waitress, «I asked for no bacon.» This was after she had described to my wife prior to her order that the spicing on the bread sticks could not be changed.
She responds, «Oh, it’s already in the sauce.»
Fortunately I’m not Kosher or Halal.

Love Love Love this place. I lived in a big apartment complex accross the street from Legacy hospital around the corner and found that most people that sit at the bar live there too. It was nice to sit and enjoy a nice drink and eat some great food with locals that rip up the apartments management. lol
the bartenders there are great any time of the day. Always smiling and curious how your doing. I loved coming here when i lived up in Salmon Creek. Now that i have moved, this is no longer my watering hole :(though i would recommend this place to anyone. I love there pick two for 10.99 or 11.99 deals!
