Apex Air

Our Air conditioner went out yesterday. It is a Bryant Quantum Plus so I went on both Unilocal and the Bryant website to see who was on both. I wanted a Bryant Authorized Repair person as well as someone with good reviews on Unilocal.Apex fit the bill for me even tho they did not have many reviews on Unilocal,the ones they have were all perfect. Now I know why. When I called they said the earliest they could see me was the next day. I thought cool at least it ain’t a couple weeks. Then Jimmy the Apex Air Technician called about an hour before my appointment time to see if he could come out early. You bet I am here so no problem. Well Jimmy came out friendly as can be, swapped out a bad part with one he had with him on the truck and was heading down the road in about an hour. Our Air conditioning Unit was working again and we couldn’t be happier. Fair Price, Friendly Service, I highly recommend these guys.

From my first phone call late afternoon about our heating not working properly they were friendly, and got us scheduled the very next morning. Jimmy showed up on time, early at that! Knowledgable about what needed to be fixed, and explained everything along the way. We now have a working heating system, and I would HIGHLY recommend this company.
We dealt with several different companies over the summer for A/​C malfuntions through our home warranty, and I wish we would have just called Apex in the first place.

Another update! This time it was our furnace. It was old and tired and decided to break. The tech came out within hours of calling them just like before and diagnosed the issue. It was a costly issue so he mentioned we might consider replacing the unit. The salesman came right out and gave us a proposal to put a new unit in. He was very thorough making sure he accounted for our small attic access and still getting us a unit that would heat our house adequately. He explained everything so that I could make an educated decision on what furnace to go with and in about 15 minutes I had a proposal in hand — he has a mobile office with a printer and everything so there is no waiting to get a price! Once we gave them the go ahead they were on top of it and ready to install it the very next day.
Installation was a breeze and other than a new furnace in the attic there was no evidence of them being in my house. They cleaned up after themselves and left the area of the attic access (my son’s walk in closet) cleaner than when they arrived.

Needed serviced on AC — called Apex Air. They sent Bob out same day — now works perfect. Very dependable, affordable and Bob was terrific.
