Kyle, the owner of Dot Video, was a great help to me. Since my husband passed away, I have had a myriad of problems with my Entertainment System in my home. Kyle has come out several times to help me fix each and every problem. He is very good natured and non judgemental person for those of us who don’t have as much technical knowledge. I highly recommend him!

I’m a tech user when it works but know nothing about it when it doesn’t. I met Kyle by chance when my computer crashed and he not only set up my new PC but was able to save everything from my old HD. That won my trust. Kyle recently installed my new theater system and it was a pleasure to work with him. He’s very knowledgeable when it comes to both computers and television/​sound systems and gets the work done with ease (not to mention at a reasonable price). What I especially appreciate is his willingness and patience to «dumb» down the techie stuff to my novice level so I can feel comfortable navigating around the things I depend on – computer use and great sound. I highly recommend Dot AV and Kyle! He better be here for a long time as I have now developed a dependence on his talents and service.
