The owner (Hani) was very nice. I needed a prop for a film, and he helped me out the same day. Extremely friendly and helpful. They guest who was here before me also left a happy customer. You can tell this is a mom and pop shop that really cares about their customer service. There is parking and smiles to go around.

Crown Trophy is a highly specialized business; they create trophies and plaques. Every year, my nonprofit purchases a plaque from them, which they created. It’s beautiful. Hani and Evelyne are fantastic people; they run a wonderful business. I’ve experienced one or two glitches in the past, but they always correct the error at no charge to the customer. They really are the best at what they do, and they provide the most excellent customer service. Highly recommend!

Given the size of the order and the different teams involved, I was amazed at how quickly the order was processed. Better than I imagined. In fact, each box was separated by those teams represented within the shipped box. All our coaches were thoroughly impressed. I intend to use crown trophy again and recommend to others.
