Great customer service! My fiancé wanted to have some flasks engraved as gifts for his groomsmen. The prices were reasonable, the staff was very helpful, and it only took one week! Hidden gem for personalized gifts.

This is my first Unilocal review — but I wanted to write something because these guys are awesome. I brought a 1000 $ microphone for a personal engraving, they told me that they don’t know if the material is suitable but they could make a very small test at an invisible location (professional answer in my opinion), they also told me that it will typically take some days to finish the job — but they will call me if it wouldn’t work because of the material asap. I told them that I needed it the next day as a gift. Less than 24h later I got a call that it’s ready for pick up — and it was awesome! I couldn’t be pleased more. If you’re looking for outstanding customer service and people who really know what they’re doing — THIS is the place to go!

I recently needed just a small, brass memorial plaque for the case that holds my dad’s coffin flag (very important to my mom), and having dealt with R&R in my work capacity some years ago, always with good results, I went there. I got a lot of good help choosing exactly what I had envisioned the plaque to look like, and I could not be more pleased with the beauiful results.
