Just picked up my order of custom luggage tags at Awards Trophies & Treasures. I called Brandon yesterday with a vague idea of what I wanted. He patiently gave me several options and once we finalized, we agreed that the order would be ready by Friday morning. I was really counting on him being able to deliver since my flight is scheduled early Monday.
I was pleasantly surprised with a call today (Thursday) that my order was ready. Due to a small blemish, Brandon gave me four tags for the original price for three.
I’m overwhelmed by Brandon’s attention to detail and great customer service.
I highly recommend Awards Trophies and Treasures.

Thee best customer service! Fantastic! Highest recommendation! My daughters trophy fell and broke (I accidentally knocked it over). Awards Trophies and Treasures said «bring it on on and we will figure it out» and now my daughters trophy is fixed.
In this fine establishment they have a large inventory of great ideas that I’m confidant will suit your Award, Trophy or Treasure needs!

Stopped in last minute for a «rush» job. Not only did the owner stay open past business hours for me, she put up with my indecision with a genuine smile and went out of her way to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. To top it off, she had my order ready by the next afternoon. This place is fantastic!

I have been going here for awhile, I get trophies and letters printed on the back of football jersey’s. This is as good customer service as i get anywhere, they always do great work, and have a great selection of trophies/​plaques.

OUTSTANDING!!! The ladies that work here are amazing and have such a great sense of humor. They helped me put together a beautiful fantasy football trophy with a tight budget. This place was amazing! They saved my life with an emergency etching on a piece of acrylic that was questionable. On top of that they are swamped… minimized my leadtime from 10 business days to 30 minutes… (may mot always happen for everyone)… but either way… very trustworthy!
