Fuddruckers has the best and freshest burgers! This particular location– near the restroom has this off odor so I would recommend eating in the main area of the restaurant.
The buns are my favorite part because they are so fluffy and just overall amazing bread. They serve you the burger open faced and plain. You then take it to the condiment bar where there’s ketchup to nacho cheese! Next to it is a bar of vegetables to put on your burger.
The chili cheese fries are really good. But I recommend the sweet potato fries, which taste super fresh and flavorful! The milkshakes are also amazing
Overall a great place which I definitely recommend trying out!

My only complaint would be the cleanliness of the corner booths. Always sticky gross! Opt for a table/​chairs which are usually cleaner.

Pretty bland burger. I thought the meat would be fresh but I could tell it had been factory made and frozen. Over cooked (I asked for med and got it very well).the beer ran out of the tap. So in order to be able to have a beer with dinner I had to pay an extra $ 3.25. Not a lot but it’s not what I wanted. They didn’t want to change the tap or didn’t know how. Just not a great experience. I’d rather spend the same money at Red Robin. Better food and they serve you.

I’ve been to this location many times now. The food is great. I love that they have basically a ‘salad’ bar where you can grab all your condiments for your dish. I also love that nacho cheese with jalapeño. Hands down, best nacho cheese. I accidentally grabbed the regular nacho cheese on my round trip for more. And I was deeply disappointed when I realized it wasn’t the jalapeño nacho cheese, haha.
However, the cooks frequently forget to put the extras on burgers. I ordered a speciality burger and literally got a regular burger. Mind you, these are extras such as avocado, grilled onions, etc that one cannot grab at the ‘salad bar’.
It’s not a big deal going back to ask for it but come on lol. You have one job. Plus, when it’s busy and you’ve already been waiting, receiving your incomplete burger is disappointing.

I love coming here after a baseball game, but today the manager Edgar was rushing me through my order. He was rude about how I was ordering and my meal came out all wrong. I ask for no bacon on my burger, I have an allergies to pork but he never took it off, I had to scrap everything that came on the southwest so I paid 20 dollars for a meal I couldn’t even enjoy, I’m very disappointed in today service.

Fresh baked buns, jalapeño cheese sauce on onion rings and yummy mac & cheese with good prices. Wish there was one closer. Sweet potato fries weren’t as crispy as I like but not bad.

This place should not be in business. All I have to say is there a very young staff who seems to play more then work. The service was awful I walked in not sure where to go no one to greet you any of that. Also there was no one at the counter a couple in front of us had to ask who is working the register. Very dull big place not packed for a Friday night. The place very dirty food sitting every where. The table clothes that are on the tables seriously need to be replaced. I think the place needs some work to bring it back to life .
Also that just through my night off I asked for a sale and wait until you see what they gave me
. I also asked for a grilled cheese the most dry sandwich I have ever ate. It tasted like an oven. For 30 this was a waste of my time and money. Very disappointed. The only thing good was the soda.

This is my first time coming to this Fuddrucker location. I usually go to the one in Emeryville in the past.
This one is located in a much nicer mall and parking area is closer to the restaurant = much shorter walk to conserve energy
The place is well-​kept with clean floor and restrooms. The service was also friendly and fast.
The rest is just standard Fuddrucker with the variety of burgers and meats that comes in various sizes. 1 lb burger is definitely worth it in my opinion compared to the combo, which are similarly priced.
I have yet to try the shakes and dessert there. Will need to try that next time after I burn off that 1lb Triple cheese and a ton of cheddar cheese sauce.

Let me start out with saying that I am a huge fan of burgers. I am just a burgers and fries kind of guy and I am not afraid to admit it. I was pleasantly surprised at how good this place was. I have heard a lot of bad things, but my experience was quite good. My family and I came here for a late lunch during the week and it was completely empty and the staff was very nice and excited to serve us. Maybe they were on a good day? Who knows?
I ordered the turkey burger and it tasted great! Nice, still juicy, and well seasoned. Most places over cook the turkey burgers and they come out rubbery and dry. Not this place though! My dad ordered a elk burger which was super juicy and flavorful, but not too gamey. My brother ordered the buffalo burger which was good also, but a little on the dry side. However, my brother likes his steak well done so he really enjoyed the buffalo burger. I also think the condiment and toppings station is really great. I do love a lot of goodies on my burger so I was in heaven.
Overall, pretty good experience. I will definitely be back some time soon, even though these burgers are on the pricey side.

Today’s lunch, I felt like having a burger. Saw their menu and decided on the weekday special, which is a ¹⁄₃ pound beef with potato wedges. When they asked if I would like cheese on it, I asked for Swiss cheese. Once the order was complete, they asked for your name and calls you when it’s done cooking.
Once you have your cooked burger, you can go to the topping bar and select what you would like on your burger. I usually like my burger with everything on it, like the lettuce, tomato, onion, pickle and jalapeño. They also do come with hot cheese you can pump as much as you want for your fries. But just a side note, if you didn’t order your burger with the cheese, you can still get the cheese from the hot cheese pump for free, ha!
Burger and potato wedges were ok and juicy. It’s much better tasted from the fast food burger, that’s for sure. But for some reason, I’m having the runs. Not sure if it relate to my lunch, Ack!

I have to say that Andrew has the best genuine customer service I have ever experienced. Keep up the good work Andrew. Food was good too.

Came in here for a birthday meal and for the upteenth time their electronic processing reader for credit/​ATM/​gift cards was down. I spoke to the manager who was a putz, very poor management skill set in speaking on behalf of other locations to make the restaurant’s position seem better (passing the buck, blaming others) I asked him to make things right. After the manager left Andrew the cashier apologized, told the true in saying that the equipment was not the best and wished me a happy birthday. Andrew understood my frustration and empathized (a great management skill). Kudos to Andrew he’s the one that should be getting the management pay.

If you are looking for an awesome american burger place, i highly recommend this place. Employees are nice and welcoming. The place are always clean. The burgers are awesome.

I’m a little conflicted about how to rate Fuddruckers. On the one hand, I think it’s got the worst burgers I’ve ever paid for, but on the other hand my brothers are always more than content eating there. I do admit to having a high burger standard, though, so keep that in mind.
First of all, the place is never clean. The tables are routinely disgusting and there always seems to be wads and wads of paper towels shoved underneath the table.
Secondly, service isn’t good. There’s always an item forgotten (this last time it was two) or wrong on our order. Ask for a Caesar salad and they’ll ask what dressing you want on it. **Should’ve had a V8 head-​slap**
Now for the food. I will say that the sweet potato fries are pretty good. Crisp and salty. Can’t complain.
The shakes range from okay to really bad. The cookies and cream shake is okay, but I can get better strawberry or chocolate shakes just about anywhere, including a number of fast food joints.
The salads are boring, and their ingredients never scream freshness.
Now for the burgers. If you want any pink at all in your meat, order rare. Otherwise it will come medium-​well to well-​done. I wish the meat were seasoned a lot more, as it’s pretty darn flavorless for ground beef. The options at the condiment bar are fresh enough, but the cooked ingredients they add to your burger (mushrooms, onions, etc.) never seem to be. The bun is okay. The game/​alternative meat patties are all style and no substance. Moral of the story: I always walk away surprised at how my burger just doesn’t taste like anything at all. BUT like I said above, my brothers are just fine with them.

So cheap and so dangerous. I hate going here because I’m guaranteed to overeat.
Try the crispy chicken burger/​number 4– one of my personal favorites. Whenever I’m craving a fat burger and in n out isn’t cutting it, i always find myself going here.
Decently quick service and I love the huge amount of condiment and sauce options.

The elk burger doesn’t come in the 1lb size patty, but you can order the 1lb — you’ll receive a double decker of ½lb patties.
My elk patties were ordered medium rare but came out kind of dry and more than medium well done. The guacamole was a rather small portion.
But even with all that, Fuddruckers remains a favorite place for me. The unlimited condiments bar is a definite plus, as is the jalapeño cheese that I use as dip for fries.
Definitely will be back!

I’ve always been a fan of this place because I really enjoy their burgers and sandwiches. Tried out this location for the first time and was surprised to see how large it was. The parking here can get kinda crazy and full on busy days but that is only because it is shared with the movie theater and other restaurants across the street.
Even though it was busy, the service was pretty quick, which is always great if you are in a rush or starving like we were! We came here on a Saturday night and it was packed but it wasn’t hard to find a table there. Our food came out within 30 minutes and it tasted great! Burger was good and the fries were cooked just right. I would definitely come back here.
The only reason why I didn’t give 5 stars is because the layout of the restaurant is a bit weird. The toppings bar was too close to the resister which caused a lot of congestion when people were ordering and sitting down. The soda machine was also in a weird spot. Other than that, check this place out if you haven’t already!

Customer service is always a little slow and no one is very friendly… tables are never clean.
I always enjoy the food though, it usually all has great flavor and pretty decent portions. This last time their milkshake machine was broken — lame — but I love that they have the crazy soda machines with all the cool flavors! Peach Fanta is bomb!
This place is ⁵⁰⁄₅₀.

Pretty good burger joint!
I got the Southwestern, it has bacon and guac in it. You can choose how bid you want your burger to be, I got ½ lb. After they have a side bar where you can put as many tomatoes, lettuce, jalepenos, onion, etc. you want on your burger. They also have a great condiment bar! Love the hot jalepeno cheese sauce. We also got their wedge fries and those were nice and crispy.
So if you’re ever craving a huge burger with unlimited condiments… come here!
