Zero stars. Tuesday Night: deal on bone in wings. Why under staff when you know it’s going to be busy? I called in a to go order, guy said it would take 25 mins. Go there in 20, not ready okay. Waited an additional 30, was told that they were under staffed and backed up. Wait 15 more minutes called over a manager and was told they wouldn’t know when my order would be ready. What kind of business are you running? Got refunded, still no wings, and waisted an hour of my life. What is one hour of my life valued to Buffalo Wild Wings? I had failed to mention that I ordered 12 wings.

I waited 10 minutes standing up next to the bar to get a drink. I stud there and watch as they took orders from people that arrive after me. I ask to speak to the manager after the took the 2nd order. The manager solution was to tell me that he was sorry. At this point my next choice was to keep on waiting or leave asap. Guess what I did?

The rating on here lives up to its name. First of all, our server was great. Jenny made this visit at this restauraunt a lot more enjoyable than some of the food we had here. A lot of the other employees were mediocre. While eating here, we ordered their buffalo macaroni and it came out cold for some divine reason. We ordered the shrimp, not sure the exact name, but we were told it’d come with buffalo sauce. Only to receive the food and when we asked for the sauce she told us it’d cost extra. The extra is okay, but I’d like to have the sauce with the food already. Overall the wings are okay. I only come here for their spicy wings. The macaroni was way too salty and the bread that came with it was saltier than the macaroni. I had to spit it into a napkin after chewing on it. It’s a hit or miss here with servers. It is a sports bar so they have that going for them. Jenny was a great server. I would only come here for spicy wings. Some of the other food might be too salty so be careful. I suggest going to the BWW in Fremont versus this one if you really want BBWs.

If I can give this place negative stars I would. I came to this place with my boyfriend and the overall experience was bad. When we first walked in there was no hostess so we’re standing around trying to figure out if it’s self seating or do we wait for someone to greet us, all the while bartenders and waiters made direct eye contact with us but did absolutely nothing(no hi, head nod, someone will be right with you. Nada). The hostess finally comes up and seats is at our table. Our waiter Romeo comes and we immediately place our order because I’m pretty hungry. He brings out our drinks and we wait for our food to come out … 35 minutes later our one order of regular sized lemon pepper wings, one order of fries, and one order of popcorn shrimp finally arrives and what do you have it my food is Luke warm, fries are flimsy and taste like Burger King fries, and the lemon pepper that is supposed to be on my wings is all on the bottom of my basket. I was disappointed and told another waiter Moses about my food. He told me he’s sorry but there’s a large party outside and there’s ally going on in the kitchen because of that. I told him I’m going to eat because I’m hungry and he asked if he can get us something to help make our experience better so we asked for a complimentary strawberry lemonade and he said he can’t do that but said, I quote, «I can’t get you a strawberry lemonade but I can get you Pepsi to wash down your strawberry lemonade» … What? Lol I mean I give him an A for effort and he was a nice guy. My boyfriends shrimp was very dry and just the over all experience with food was horrible, especially waiting 35m for Luke warm food. While we were eating we look over and the same hostess that was no where in sight when we came in was dragging a full garbage bag of trash across the main floor from the big party that was outside. So we’re talking ate up chicken wings, dirty napkins, half empty ranch containers, etc(trash) being dragged across the main eating area. That’s pretty nasty she should have asked for help if she couldn’t probably dispose of it because of the weight. Romeo(our waiter) and Moses(the other waiter) were nice guys though! With all this being said, we won’t ever come back.

Well, they must have changed management here. Service was great for a few months, and even the food was better. Then it slipped back to good old laziness. Staff walking around with there own drinks in there hands, taking 15 minutes to clean a table. But the worst is the waiters chatting in their little rooms again. That’s after taking several trips to get the meal right. (sigh)

I’ve given this place a couple of tries. Most of the time it’s a long wait to get drinks, food or service in general. We just order two drinks at a time or go straight to the bar. Overall the service sucks! And one night we spent the whole night there paid our food, still ordered drinks at the bar. Tipped very reasonably. They close at 2:30 around 1am they tried to kick us all out ??? For no reason! Never going there again.

B Dubs! I don’t know how to rate you, but you’ve been good to us this whole NBA season(2015 and 2016) so I’m giving you 4⁄5. Here are the reasons why: 1) This place is SOLID for watching sports. I’ve been to other places that tell us «great hole in the wall place to watch sports!» Or «perfect hidden gem… blah blah blah» they’re true to a certain extent but to be honest, there’s nothing like huge flat screen TVs and monitors all around you. I mean… ALLAROUNDYOU. The people are always stoked and hyped when watching the Warriors which makes it more fun to people watch. 2) WINGS. It’s all about the wangz baby. They have different choices where you can choose small(10 wings), medium(15) or large(20). We usually order the large which is 20 for $ 21. Our personal favorite had to be garlic Parmesan and honey mustard. You can choose 5 wings of the same flavor at a time. 3) The drinks. It can’t be a sports bar without drinks! There was this one particular drink called Not Your Father’s Rootbeer. Oh man, my BF and I got hooked. We loved that beer before trying it at this restaurant, and there’s no other place that serves it besides B-DUBS. 4) Choices. And I’m not talking about the song, y’all. There’s a variety of choices in the menu! Albeit they don’t beat their main staple product(wings), but it’s still worth trying. I’ve tried their buffalo wild wing Mac N Cheese, which is pretty good! Their side Mac-N-Cheese was really good too. Their chocolate lava cake with ice cream is AMAZING. Rich, creamy, chocolate-y balanced with vanilla ice cream… what’s not to love? Their side chips are okay, but I wish they had bigger servings of it. For around $ 4, I didn’t think it was worth it. However, the jalapeño poppers were dare I say… poppin. ;) Cons: the place gets crowded fast during games, so be prepared to come in early. The service can be slow depending on who your waiter is, but they’re nice for the most part. Parking could get crazy so be ready to park towards Ana’s since that whole square is busy.

I came here to watch one of the Warriors’ Playoff Games. They won’t seat you until at least half of your party is present. This makes sense since a lot of people go to BWW during game nights. Unfortunately they’re service is not up to par. My boyfriend ordered a Boston beer Angel city, but received a Sam Adams beer instead. Some of my friends didn’t receive their correct orders. Some friends received their orders before my other friends who ordered 30 minutes before them! Horrible service! I understand it’s a busy night, so BWW should have more staff and get their orders right!

If there was a possibility to give negative stars I totally would. Anyone who knows me, knows that I love wings. It’s the one thing I could eat every day and not get tired of it, especially that Asianzing! This location has got to be the worse BWW I have been to. At first I thought, «well they’re still new, can’t be too harsh» since that first day I have been here maybe a total of 3 times. Last night was the most horrible experience. 1. We walked in(a group of 3), usually the bar is open seating and I had asked if the high top by the door was free the host said no we had to wait. I was ok with that, but I looked around and they had numerous empty tables and 3 parties waiting(all groups of no more than 3 by the way) I’m usually very patient with having to wait, but if there are FOUR of you at the host stand just chit chatting and TWO of you are on your phones instead of helping customers to their tables then obviously my patience dwindles 2. One of the 4 people at the host stand took us to the same table I had asked about initially. The one high top they previously told me was NOT available. 3. Our server came to our table fairly quickly, she took our order the first time and repeated the order. My friend wanted to add to our order and somehow she deleted the whole thing. That’s ok s**t happens, we repeated our order. This time she didn’t repeat it back. FYI we ordered a basket of salt and vinegar fries, 10 Asian zing, 5 sweet bbq, 5 spicy garlic, 5 of their limited wings and my friend ordered a small lemon pepper to go. 4. How long does it take for fries to come out?! Usually they are the first item to arrive. Tables around us who came after received their fries. Heck our wings came out before our fries. I asked the server if our fries were coming, of course she’s going to say yes, but she went to the register right after so I’m pretty sure she forgot to add our fries the second time she took our order. If you made a mistake just let us know you did, a simple«I’m sorry I forgot to add the fries to your order» would suffice, but no. Our fries finally came halfway through our wings. It was definitely not the basket of fries we ordered. I had let them that we ordered a basket and the look in this servers face(she wasn’t our original server) was basically«oh really!?» And she slowly took the regular fries away and walked away without saying a word. Hmmm so first you forget our fries, then you give us the wrong order and take it away, what’s wrong with that picture?! 5. We’re basically done eating and our basket, scratch that, our half basket of fries finally arrived accompanied with a snarky comment from the server«here’s the basket of fries you ordered, a basket right!?» I was about to say something and the server started to ask questions about the limited flavor wings we ordered; well played server lady! 6. We asked for our to go order and she said she would check. She came back with our bill, I immediately gave her my card. I watched her go to the register, she swiped my card then she made it halfway to our tables and stopped to talk to 2 of her coworkers whom were not on the clock(they had on uniforms underneath their jackets) it took a while until I got my card back. 7. She brought us our to go order opened the box to show my friend. We ordered lemon pepper, my friend realized it was salt and vinegar when her boy friend started eating it. My first job was in the restaurant industry and I stayed for over 10 years. I’m usually really very understanding, but last night was ridiculous. That was the first time I did not leave a tip. I thought about calling a manager over but really what was the point?! The lady in a maroon manager shirt had her purse and a to go drink cup in her hand and I did not see any one else out there. It was already past 11 and I wanted was to get out of there.

After finishing my Blueberry ice tea, the waitress informed me that it’s no longer bottomless. I asked the waitress what happened, how come it’s no longer bottomless, and she said they figured they’ll make more money. WTF! You’ll eat spicy chicken and it’ll cost you $ 12 for 3 blue berry iced tea. How can you eat super spicy chicken with just one glass of $ 4 iced tea? No wonder it’s not as crowded as before even with a Golden State Warrior’s playing. Golden State Warriors FTW! Buffalo Wild Wings FTL!!!

I’ve always had bad luck with servers here. The last one I had was especially horrible. We specifically went here to buy drinks. Our waiter, Heather, consistently pushed us to buy food our first 10 minutes there. After denying her once, she passed by not even 2 minutes later asking ‘Are you ready to order food?’ When we told her no for the second time, she gave us attitude by turning around quickly and saying ‘K’. Wowwww. I usually sit at the bar, and the bartenders have recommended to switch out a liquor in a mixed drink for one that is on the happy hour menu to get it cheaper. When we asked her, she said it wasn’t possible, and that she would have to charge us for each liquor that is put in the mixed drink separately… And get this: the more drinks we ordered, the progressively nicer she was to us. Once we hit a fairly hefty bill, she was an entirely new person. Surprising. Zero stars for you, Heather. In general, food takes quite a long time to arrive in comparison to other Bdubs. Every bartender I’ve met here is absolutely sweet, and the food is alright for corporate. Go here for happy hour for the best deals.

Love the lively atmosphere! Not too crowded, but slow on the serving. Came here after 11pm, so the parking was a open space. It’s nighttime, most of the staffs looked tired and drained, but they were still courteous. Got My first try of Bloody Mary, which in here it tasted like salted tomato juice w/no taste on alcohol. For chicken wings-it’s better to get it with bone instead of boneless, because boneless it’s hard to chew on while with bone is tend to have soft texture This is a better version of Wing Stop– definitely less oily, but has a similar flavor

I wasn’t really sure what to rate. For the time spent there: 5 stars, but the customer services: 3 stars — so I guess I went for the average. Pros: There’s a bunch of TV screens so no matter where you’re sitting you’ll have a view of the game(Go Warriors!). The main game or popular one will be the one over the speakers for you to hear(there’s also speakers in the bathrooms). The wings were really good– we got 7 different flavors and I couldn’t complain. They had a special throughout the Warrior game that if you bought a beer(Coors at first, then they switched it to another one I forgot) they gave you a free Warriors glass with bottle opener key chains. We got a variety of drinks that were also good. Cons: Their customer service. Our waitress was really cool at first and attentive when taking our first order but right after that she got really weird and would no longer come around or if somebody from our group ordered a drink she would say okay and quickly run off before anybody else could order what they wanted. We had to wait a long time to get our drinks, had to wait til she came back around to order what we already knew we wanted the first time she came by and had to ask other waiters that walked by if they could take our order or if they could find our waitress. Nonetheless, our group had a great time and enjoyed ourselves.

I was dragged here for lunch today… After reading all the reviews about the service, I honestly wanted to skip this lunch date. To my surprise, I had a great experience =) The service was friendly, prompt and best of all they got my order right. I swear, Fremont and Dublin ALWAYS messes up my order but Union City did it right on the first try(I always ask for all drums). Our waitress came by multiple times to check on us and make sure we had all we needed. She always had a smile and very attentive. Im just glad I had a great experience and was able to get back to work with a little time to spare and post this review!

B-Dubs seems to have cute waitresses, which is not the reason I go. It seems that it is the only option for me to go to watch a game. I came here waiting for my parents to come home. So, this place was by default, which I wanted to watch the warriors play too. Not worth rating. Just a good place to watch the game.

Came here after the one in Hayward told us they no longer have chicken strips and that’s the only thing my friend wanted. Anyways, we were seated immediately, on a soaking wet table… My sleeves got wet. Then we ordered our food and the waiter informs us that they now charge extra for refills on their lemonades. We then asked her to bring it when the food comes and she does the total opposite. Everytime I come to this or the Hayward Buffalo Wild Wings, I ALWAYS have waiters who messes up something. ALWAYS. I also hate how they are starting to be come so cheap, and I know it has nothing to do with the waiters but it seems like I’m getting charged for everything I ask for. The food is good as usual. Service was ok. The floor is a mess and something about this one in particular is unappetizing, maybe because it looks real messy right now.

I’ve been to this establishment about 50+ times and each time I’ve been here everything is always consistent. The service is always pretty decent, they actually got a brand new staff and new management for reasons I don’t know; I’m sure because some of the former waitresses used to give free drinks and food, which I have to be honest, I am guilty of receiving free items from the waitresses. Like I was saying with the service, they are pretty decent, they check on you a couple of times, and if you are a regular, like myself, they are very friendly and chat with you from time to time and throw in a joke here and there. For the food, the chicken is sometimes a hit or miss, some days the chicken is large and plump as well as juicy, and some days the chicken is dry and small and just not worth eating. On tuesday’s and thursday’s they have wing specials, tuesday’s it’s bone in for 60 cents and thursday, boneless for 65 cents. Regardless of how it tastes, that’s an irresistible deal to not to get. Almost always they are always out for a beer which is always frustrating, because they always have some type of promotion of a seasonal beer and they never have it. Same goes for the limited sauces they promote it and never have it, like ever. What is probably the best thing about buffalo wild wings is the weekday happy hour from 4 – 7 and 10-close, which they revamped. Another plus is that, the best bay area sports fans come here on a daily. They also show every possible foot ball game that is televised, so fantasy football fans, be prepared to check on every fantasy player you own. Everything here is straight C’s off the board, the service, the food, the beer. As for the lively environment and happy hour, solid A, that is why I always come back.

The service sucks. They never have anything available. I asked for two beers and they had neither of them. Seriously? The food is cool. Fried pickles are always a go to. The wings are a hit or miss. Some days it’s really good and other days it’s whatever. I recommend the dry rubs over the wet sauces. The ONLY thing good about this bww is the atmosphere. That’s the only reason I come back. It’s a fun crowd.
