Really wish the guy answering the phone to place my order was alot kinder… it turned out I couldn’t complete my order due to new credit card policy. that wasn’t my problem though. He was so annoyed and rushing in his voice that I wouldn’t even order in future. Future reference… even one or two kind words go along way with customers. It was rude of you to hang up on me once you realized I wasn’t able to complete the order due to your new policy. Good luck in your future position I’m. Hoping it’s anything but customer service. I’ve been in the industry a very long time. It’s well known secret that you fake it till you make it if your miserable!

Would not recommend. We had a party of 7 ordered 3 pizzas and 4 sandwiches. Food took an hour and half to arrive. Other tables were in the same predicament. Long wait and poor service. Had to flag down staff to check on status of food or to remind them of what we were still waiting on. Never got an explanation of what was causing the delay. Our orders would come out 1 or 2 at a time and then would be asked what we were still waiting on. Finally just got our last 2 items to go. From prior reviews they also had no ice in addition to no cheeseburgers. Finally after standing in line to pay, politely offered some feedback that had staff been proactive with keeping customers aware of the delays people might not have been so angry. Instead of just acknowledging the review cashier got defensive and rude. We come to Tybee about 6 to 7 times a year and will not be going to this place again.

Ugh what a disappointment. Should have read other reviews before going. Food was way over priced for what you got. An xlarge pizza barely served myself and my two children. Hubs calzone was ok but not worth what we paid for it. The chocolate calzone at $ 11 was a joke.

Ate there today. The restaurant was completely empty. That should’ve been a red flag, but I ignored it because my kids were starving after being in the car for hours. Let me start by saying the fact that they charge for tap water($ 2) is ridiculous. I can understand charging like $.50 because you need to recover the cost of the cup but seriously… Aside from that, their parking lot has a pretty big ridge –watch out if you decide to pull in. There were pipes dripping from the ceiling of the women’s bathroom, and no soap, which I’m pretty sure is a health code violation. Two stars because the pizza was ok, and the server was polite.

Food was great and reasonably priced, but the service was excellent. Delivery driver made an effort to get our food to us quickly, politely, and in a friendly manner.

We stopped by on our way off the island. Ordered a 14″ pepperoni pie and a couple($ 2?!) waters. They did not seem busy but for some reason it took 30+ minutes to receive our pizza. When it arrived, it was very undercooked, overflowing with sauce and light on the cheese. I now know why the menu says they charge extra for well done pizzas. I’d say the pizza was average at best. The staff was sparse and never checked on us again after we got our food. We had to ask for box, check, etc. I would not recommend this unless your stranded in traffic and you just need some food.

My husband and I stopped by for lunch. The pizza tasted like it was frozen. We also ordered wings, they were battered and baked. The waitress told us they make them and then freeze them until someone orders them. They tasted slightly freezer burned. For the quality of food that is served, the prices are extremely high.

So, I was cottage sitting a friends place and decided to go check out the Lighthouse newest location. They charged us 2.00 dollars EXTRA for a thin crust pizza and an arm and a leg for green olives. The olives I could understand but to charge me more dough for less dough leaves me shaking my head. we also ordered two draft beers, at 5 bucks a piece. The service wasn’t much better, as I was taking my 1st bite of Pizza the waitress comes and lays the check in front of me and says there is no hurry, lol when anyone says there is no hurry, they are usually in a rush. So I ate my thin crust pizza which had the texture of cardboard, and drank my one beer, because the waitress never asked if we would like a refill or any dessert. long story short, I will never go back, and I will tell everyone I know about the more dough for less dough deal

Staff was friendly and service was good. Food was average. Why do you have to pay for water? I don’t think we would go back.
