Sail Inn Bar and Grill is an old time neighborhood staple. The food is excellent, definitely a step above traditional bar food. With a blue collar patron following, the atmosphere is entertaining, to say the least.

This place DIDNOT feel sketchy to me. It’s everything I personally want out of a karaōke bar — a host that doesn’t play favorites, friendly people, cheap drinks, and classic dive bar décor. I will be back.

Typical dive bar, feel as if a fight is about to happen at anytime between some intoxicated pool players. Great drink prices, and karaōke nights are always fun!

Friendly staff, pretty good food(for a bar), and(usually) good service(the place can fill up awfully fast, so service can — expected lay — slow down significantly as a result). Generally a good environment, though it seems to have a sketchy reputation due to some incidents that have taken place over the years. Having seen a couple if things«start» at the bar, I could perhaps understand, but as often as I’ve seen this(granted, not very), the staff has handled situations quite well and quite quickly, often before anything happens. One of the best spots in the area for karaōke, too!

We walked in… we left. This place apparently allows smoking– it absolutely reeked inside so we went to the patio area and everyone there was smoking as well. It was loud, dirty, and awkward too… really strange people there. Never again.

OK… if you are snooty and looking to be seen, you will not go here. The«Yacht Club» as it is known to true locals, may be the home of one of the best burgers/fries in the GT area and the rest of the«bar food» menu is damned good as well… I did not say healthy… yup… loud, crude, reasonable prices and when you have been there a few times you will be a regular, give it a try, get down with the«street people»…but remember it «ain’t» for everybody… a regular speaks, it will be my 1st stop on return from FL next week and they will know my name.

Sketchy McSketch. Classy individuals are not usually found at the Sail, but it’s great for cheap beer, karaōke, and people watching. Edit: I just read the other review and laughed a bit.

Sail Inn… it’s sketchy, dirty, has karaōke and cheap beer. I go here with my coworkers and my friends. I sing bad karaōke and do terribly whitegirl versions of rap tunes here. There are winners, losers and then there’s the Sail Inn. It’s a great place to people watch, and I’ll give them that, for sure.
