We have been coming here since they opened to get meats for grilling, but we especially like the really good prepared meats for making tacos at home. The al pastor (adobada) is very good and they make their own tasty carnitas — I love the fact that they ask whether you want «just meat» — you can get ears, liver, intestines, cheek, snout, etc. if you want (so I am guessing they are cooking the whole pig).
Salsa, guacamole, and any veggies/​fruits you need are there too, along with coronitas (small tortillas perfect for tacos). Very nice people, too. Exactly what I want and need in a local carniceria.
